The yet-to-be-identified woman, according to a neighbor, Eric, said on many occasions that she will poison her two children aged 3 years and one-and-half years. But Eric told Adom FM that those threats were considered to be a joke.

Multiple news reports on the bizarre incident indicate that the woman confessed to killing her children with rat poison she bought from the market.

“According to the woman, she murdered the children because her husband does not give her any money [to feed the children].

“The children, a boy, and a girl were seen wearing diapers and lying still in their mother’s room,” Angel FM reported.

The reports also indicate that the neighborhood where the sad incident occurred was thrown into a frenzy after the lifeless bodies of the children were discovered by a neighbor who had been wondering about their whereabouts the whole of Thursday.

Neighbors who were drawn to the scene of the incident started attacking her verbally and physically, but police arrived on time to stop the assault.

A suspect identified as Vincent Idumonyi, was apprehended by police operatives after abducting and raping a 16-year-old secondary school girl in Benin city, Edo state.

It was gathered that the suspect met his victim on Facebook where she released her phone number to him after they became friends.

After a month of chatting, the suspect arranged to meet with the girl in a hotel in the town where he kidnapped her for three days.

He threatened to inject her with a deadly substance if she raised an alarm, a situation which led to her being raped by the suspect.

Vincent then contacted the girl's family to demand for some money before her release.

The family eventually parted ways with N382,000.

The victim herself revealed that the suspect who threatened her also with a knife, had sex with her twice in the hotel.

The dismembered body of a popular rap singer was found in his flat in Russia after his wife reportedly chopped up his body and cleaned his organs in a washing machine and sprinkled them with salt.
Known as Andy Cartwright, 30, his wife claimed he had died of a drug overdose in St Petersburg.

Marina Kukhal, 36, told detectives that she did not want his fans to know he had died such an 'inglorious' death - and dismembered his body over four days storing body parts in black plastic bags and her fridge.

The limbs were reportedly sawn 'perfectly' and the body parts sprinkled with salt.
Kukhal used a knife, hammer, hacksaw, plastic bowl and chopping board, police say.

The couple's two-year-old child was in the same flat as she severed the singer's body parts, it was reported.

Russian police say they have opened a murder probe into the death of the star, whose real name was Alexander Yushko, originally from Ukraine.

The limbs were sawn 'perfectly' and the body parts sprinkled with salt.

In addition, the investigators found traces of male hands on one of the forearms, as if the victim had been grabbed, said a report citing unnamed law enforcement sources.

The widow had also thoroughly cleaned their apartment on main street Nevsky Prospect in St Petersburg, it was reported.

Man Rapes 20-year-old Girl With Down’s Syndrome In Ogun

Men of the Ogun State Police Command have arrested a 24-year-old man, Godwin Akpan, for forcefully having carnal knowledge of a 20-year-old girl with Down’s syndrome.

The victim was reportedly raped, on Tuesday, when she was sent by her elder sister to close the gate of their house in Ota, Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area of the state.

The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Abimbola Oyeyemi, disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday.

Oyeyemi said the suspect, who lives with the victim and her sister at No. 5 Cele Avenue, Sango Ota, was apprehended following a complaint by the victim’s sister at the Sango Divisional Headquarters.

The PPRO said the victim’s sister reported that she was raped by their neighbour while she was sent to go and close the gate of their house around 6pm.

Oyeyemi stated, “The suspect, who is their close neighbour, forcefully dragged the victim to a room, where he had sex with her against her will.

“Upon the report, the DPO, Sango Ota, CSP Godwin Idehai, quickly detailed his detectives to the scene, where the suspect was promptly arrested.

“On interrogation, he confessed to the crime but claimed not to know what came over him that made him do it.

“The victim has been taken to the general hospital for treatment.”

The PPRO said the Commissioner of Police, Edward Ajogun, had ordered the transfer of the suspect to the Anti-human Trafficking and Child Labour Unit of the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department for further investigation and prosecution.

“The CP warned that violence against women in whatever form would not be tolerated under his watch and that those with such devilish intentions should have a rethink or prepare to feel the weight of the law,” he added.

Man arrested for raping 13-year-old daughter in Noida

A 45-year-old man was arrested for allegedly raping his minor daughter in Uttar Pradesh's Noida on Wednesday, police said.

The man, a laborer hailing from Bihar, would often get drunk and force himself upon his 13-year-old daughter, a senior police official said.

A complaint was filed by his wife at the Phase 2 police station on July 24, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Women Safety) Vrinda Shukla said.

"The woman alleged in her complaint that her husband would rape their daughter after consuming alcohol but the fear of public shame and disrepute to the family kept her from approaching the police initially," Shukla said.

The DCP said the accused was arrested on Wednesday after registration of an FIR and initial probe.

He has been booked under Indian Penal Code section 376 (rape) as well as the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, the police said, adding further proceedings were underway.

A young woman who began suffering rape at age 5 and ran away from home to escape her rapist, has told of how she became a prostitute at the age of 11 to survive.

Kelly, 21, recounted how her to foster father came into the sitting room drunk when she was only 5. She was watching TV with her foster mum and he asked her to follow him inside, where he proceeded to rape her.

The Skid Row sex worker revealed that he raped multiple times after that and her foster mum, who was also being abused by the man, couldn't do anything.

At 11, she ran away from home. While running, she met a man who promised to help her, but he ended up introducing her to prostitution and making money off her.

She finally escaped from him and now lives in a tent but she still fears that the love-vendor might come after her and kill her.

She added that she never went to high school. The last time she was in a school was at the age of 10.

She mentioned that she is ashamed of the fact that she's never been to high school.

The girl, who speaks well for someone who hasn't been to school since age 10, said she dreams of being a lawyer and a cosmetologist but she doesn't know how to go about it.

She mentioned that she's ashamed of herself and her body then added that she still sells her body because she doesn't have any other skill.

She said she's been raped, tortured, and has had a gun pulled on her head while walking the streets.

She also revealed that she experiments with drugs. She said she tried cocaine after her love-vendor introduced her to it but later gave it up because she didn't want it messing her up.

She said she recently tried crystal and it was so potent that she was walking around naked without knowing it until the police were called and they arrested her for indecent display.

The young lady also mentioned that she thinks of suicide often. She said she could kill herself on the night of the interview or the night after because she has nothing to live for. She said she has no one, no family, and no future. She added that no one ever checks up on her.

The interview was recorded a day before Christmas of 2019 but was released on June 6, 2020, via In The Now's official Facebook account.

During the interview, the girl mentioned that she is considering suicide because the following day is Christmas but she has no one to spend it with and that makes it all the more unbearable.

The interviewer replied by promising to bring her Christmas dinner the following day. He told her he wouldn't let her kill herself on his watch and promised he will check up on her.

This made her seem excited and she made him promise to keep to his word.

Teenager Held For Defiling Two-Year-Old Girl

Police in Adamawa State has apprehended an 18-year old boy, Moses Bukar, for allegedly defiling a two-year-old girl. The incident occurred at the Jambutu community in Yola North Local Government Area of the state. 

It was learned that the suspect’s shop is close to that of the victim’s mother. But, pretending to be a good neighbor, Bukar took the toddler to the premises of Bekaji Primary School where he reportedly had carnal knowledge of her.

The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Suleiman Yahaya, said in a statement yesterday that immediately the victim’s mother noticed her daughter’s swollen private parts, she immediately reported to the police which resulted in the suspect’s arrest. Yahaya said after Bukar was arrested, he confessed to the crime. According to the PPRO, the victim is undergoing medical screenings while the suspect has been taken into custody for investigation and prosecution.

He said: “The state Commissioner of Police, Olugbenga Adeyanju, has called on parents/guardians to closely monitor their children and equally sensitize them to keep a distance from people of such character. “The command further assures all residents of its commitment to protecting lives and property and calls on the good people of the state to continue reporting suspicious movements or character to the police.”

80-year-old woman "raped by man attracted to her since he was young”

An 80-year-old woman in Phatthalung province was given a saline injection and instructed to rest in bed at home after she was allegedly raped by a man on July 21st.

The victim told reporters she was selling steamed sticky rice stuffed with banana when a managed around 50 years old arrived, sweet-talking her and saying he was attracted to her when he was young during the time they were neighbors.

He said he would like to buy all her steamed sticky rice but she had to go with him to deliver the desserts to his relative's home. She agreed for they were worth Bt2,000.

On the way, he took a desolate route and stopped at a house that was only half-built. She suddenly realized his true intentions and tried to flee but failed. She said that after the man had his way with her, he took away her purse.

Her relatives are now demanding that the police arrest the man as soon as possible.

Police said yesterday (July 28) that they have collected footage from surveillance cameras and are interrogating witnesses for more clues, which will hopefully lead to the man’s arrest.

20yr-old Girl Shares Gory Tale Of Abduction, Serial Gang-rape By 5 Men In Ebonyi

Abakaliki – A 20-year-old girl, Chioma (surname withheld), on Monday, gave a gory tale of what she went through in the hands of kidnappers suspected to be some youths from Onunwafor, Ezzagu in Ishielu Local Government Area of Ebonyi state, who allegedly abducted her and her elder brother and held them hostage.

It took five days before the police came to their rescue.

Chioma, a native of Nsukka, Igboetiti Local Government Area of Enugu, and the two other victims had gone to Ezzagu to market their goods which included Indomie noddles, pampers and power oil.

They reportedly introduced a Ponzi Scheme in which people of the area were investing money and were receiving high amounts as their returns.

But the owner of the investment business reportedly ran away from the area with the payment of their customers stopped.

In anger, the youths abducted Chioma and her colleagues and held them hostage in the bush.

Narrating her ordeal to journalists, the violated girl said she was repeatedly raped by five boys from the community while others inserted their hands, rods, and sticks into her private part during the terrifying experience.

“There is one company that employed me to advertise indomie, pampers, power oil, and other products. Then in the business, there is what we called investment and win. If you put N1,000, you will receive N1,500. We were just doing that and we were paying our customers.


“One day, our boss traveled. I went to the office, I couldn’t see three of our colleagues. I only saw my elder brother and one other guy that was working with us.

“As we were in the office three of us, the youths of the community came there and started beating us asking us where our boss is. I told them I can’t see him anymore. They tore my clothes; pant and bra and took us to a thick forest and threatened to kill us.

“They started molesting me sexually; some used penis and had sex with me while some inserted their hands and inserted into my private part, some were pressing my breast. After they finished molesting me, they said my elder brother must have sex with me.

“They beat my brother thoroughly and commanded him to start having sex with me. My brother told them that it is against our culture for a man to have sex with his sister. They insisted he must do it and put a gun to his head. My brother had no option than to have sex with me.


“Afterwards, blood started gushing out of my private part. They commanded my brother to clean all the blood in my private part. He refused to clean the blood in my private part and they started beating him again.

“They then came to me again and started having sex with me in the pool of my blood. After having sex with me again, some of them came to me and inserted a stick in my vagina. Later they took us to another forest where we stayed for four days. If they hear anything like a gun, they will take us to another forest.

“They threaten to kill us and said that if they kill us, they will throw us into the river. They later took me alone and kept in one place where they always have sex with me in the night; they have sex with me one after the other in that place.

“If they want to have sex with me, they will bend my head, hold my two legs by opening my laps, and then have sex with me one after the other. They didn’t give me any food or water throughout the time they held me.

“When one them saw my condition, he took me away from them. He didn’t have sex with me but he was the one that hit my eyes with a heavy stick which made my eyes like this. The guy took me away because of heavy blood gushing out of my private part.

“He took me away and I cleaned all the blood. He heard the sound of guns and took me away to a place through the bush. He saw where people were selling things and bought me bread and sachet water which I took.”

The state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Loveth Odah said the youths took laws into their hands by abducting Chioma and her business partners and holding them hostage for five days in a bush where the girl was serially raped by her abductors.

Three Arrested For Using A Toy Gun To Gang-rape Ladies While Recording The Act

The Police Command in Ogun has arrested three of the five men who allegedly gang-raped a lady on Thursday at Ogijo area of Sagamu council area.

The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the command, Abimbola Oyeyemi, “The victim had reported that she met a man, simply identified as Enny Money, who gave her an application to download on her phone with an assurance that those she will meet through that application will help her financially.

She further stated that as soon as she downloaded the application, one man, whom she later identified as the same Enny Money, started chatting with her and invited her to Idimogun area in Ogijo.

She said that on getting there, she was lured into a house where she was subsequently gang-raped by five men who called themselves members of the one million boys.

The victim explained that the gang forced her to submission when one of them pointed a gun at her, adding that another one video recorded the action with his phone while they were taking turns to rape her.

On interrogation, the suspects made confessional statements that they actually committed the crime as alleged by the victim. They further confessed that the victim was the second person they gang-raped in the area.”

The PPRO said that the police recovered a toy gun that the suspects usually use to force their victims to submission as well as a phone which they used to record their dastardly act.

44 Year Old Man Arrested For Repeatedly Raping a Boy for Over 5 Years

When the country is trying to deal with Gender-Based Violence which has left a number of women and children killed, another unthinkable crime has been happening right under our nose.

Camillo Lombard, former director of the Cape Town Music Institute, the former National Deputy Chairperson for the Trade Union for Musicians of South Africa and the leader of the Top Dog band, has been arrested for allegedly raping a teenage boy for five years.

Lombard, who is married and a father of 2 boys, was arrested in his home this past Friday evening. The victim was sexually abused from the age of 14 for five years and was a student at the music institute.

Trevor Davids, who has worked in the South African entertainment and broadcasting industry for many years, said in a Facebook post:

Many fellow artists knew. Many turned the other way. He was a source of income, therefore they turned the other way to what they knew and some of them witnessed.

"Everybody ignored the victims. It is not about five years - it's for about many years. It's about Serial Predation. It's unforgivable," the Facebook post read.

The disappointed father of the victimized boy said he still can't believe the man he knew for over 30 years would do such things to his child.

I’ve known him for over 30 years and we sent our children to him because we were very close, so I couldn’t believe he did this. He penetrated and groomed him from the age of 14 because Camillo doesn’t live far from us, my son sometimes took a lift with him to (the music) school.

Rapist gets life imprisonment in Ekiti

An Ekiti State High Court, Ado Ekiti Division, on Monday, sentenced a 30-year-old man, Ishaq Gruma, to life imprisonment for raping a six-year-old girl.

The court, presided over by Justice Adekunle Adeleye, in the judgment, found Gruma guilty, saying, “I find the accused guilty as charged and is hereby sentenced to life imprisonment.”

Adeleye said, “The statement of the victim’s father, the medical report, the defendant’s confession and his request for forgiveness as well as his direct and cogent statement corroborate the fact that the prosecution had successfully proved the element of the offense of rape.”

During the trial, the Ekiti State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Olawale Fapohunda, had said, “The act was committed on or about 20/7/2019 at Erio Ekiti in Ekiti West Council of Ekiti State.”

Fapohunda had said that “the offense was contrary to section 31(2) of the Child’s Right Law CAP, C7 laws of Ekiti State of Nigeria 2005.”

The defendant (now convict), who was first arraigned on February 28, 2020, had pleaded not guilty when the charge was read and interpreted to him.

The Delta state police in Asaba has apprehended a 24-year-old security man identified as Isaac for defiling a 3-year-old girl.

According to the information gathered from the source, Isaac is close to the victim’s family, and she is, sometimes, left in his care. Unknown to the family, he has been abusing the minor.

Narrating what led to his arrest, the source said: “The mother was searching for the child and she was told she is with him. So she relaxed. Only for her child to come back into the house crying that her private part hurts.

When the mother checked she found blood and cream. That was when she started questioning the child and raised alarm.”

Isaac was subsequently handed over to the police after he was disciplined by some Army Officers who were in the area supervising road construction

Court sends man to Kirikiri for allegedly defiling his 12-year-old daughter

A Lagos State Chief Magistrates’ Court sitting in Ikeja on Thursday sent a 42-year-old man, John Jester, to Kirikiri Correctional Centre over alleged defilement of his 12-year-old daughter.

The trial Chief Magistrate A.A. Oshoniyi, ordered the remand of the defendant in Kirikiri pending issuance of legal advice from the state Director of Public Prosecution.

Oshoniyi adjourned the matter until August 12.

The suspect, a security guard, who resides at 5, Olorunsogo Street, Pako Iyana Era, Ijanikin area of Lagos, is charged with defilement.

Earlier, the prosecutor, SP Raji Akeem, had told the court that the offence was committed on June 5 at the suspect’s residence.

Akeem alleged that the suspect had been separated from the victim’s mother and she lives with her father.

Akeem also alleged that the suspect sexually assaulted his daughter three times.

“The case was reported at the police station and the suspect was arrested,” he said.

The offence, according to the prosecutor, contravened the provisions of Section 137 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.

Man Allegedly Kills His Wife And Two Children In Osun

Osun State police command have arrested a Nurse identified as Tunde Oyeniran, for allegedly using a cutlass to kill his wife and their two children at their home in Inisa town in the state on Friday, July 24.

Osun State Police Command spokesperson,Yemisi Opalola, who confirmed this to newsmen, said Oyeniran allegedly killed his wife and children with a cutlass and thereafter used the cutlass to inflict cuts on himself in the hand and stomach. He then raised an alarm claiming that his family was attacked by hoodlums.

Opalola said Oyeniran has been arrested and is currently being treated for the injuries on his body. She said a preliminary investigation revealed a foul play. She said men of the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department have already commenced investigation to unravel the mystery behind the attack.

 

“From the information available to us, the incident happened around 11pm last Friday in Inisa. The suspect reportedly used a cutlass to kill his wife, Sarah, and the two children living with them.

Three corpses recovered from the scene have been deposited in a morgue in Ikirun for post-mortem examination. A cutlass was also recovered from the scene. The state Commissioner of Police, Mr Undie Adie, has directed thorough investigation into the incident.”

Jilted man stabs self to death in Kano

KANO – A Twenty-Five-year-old man identified as Ashiru Musa Danrimi has allegedly stabbed himself to death with a knife in Kano State as his fiancee jilted him by settling down for marriage with another man.

It was gathered that the incident leading to the death of the member of a Neighborhood watch, Musa, occurred on Thursday in Danrimi, Kadawa ward, Ungogo local government area of Kano state.

Sources in the area who spoke on condition of anonymity said Musa took his own life after his relationship with his fiancee, Umi Muhammad failed to workout after financial investments and commitments.

They said the relationship between late Musa and Umi was a popular one within the neighborhood, and that not expected by many to end in a tragedy.

When contacted, the Kano State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa confirmed the incident to newsmen saying the Commissioner of Police, CP Habu Sani has ordered a comprehensive investigation into the tragic incident.

“We took the man to the Murtala hospital and he was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital. The Commissioner of Police has ordered an investigation on circumstances surrounding the tragic incident,” DSP Haruna however said.

Adamawa State Police Command has arrested a 26-year-old man, identified as Pwadimadi Zeham, for allegedly raping a 4-year-old minor.

The suspect, a resident of Mbulawa ward, Numan Local Government Area of the State, was arrested by Detectives attached to Numan Division.

According to the command’s spokesperson, DSP Suleiman Nguroje, “The suspect, who happened to be a close neighbor to the victim, took her into his room on July 23 and had carnal knowledge of her.

The mother, upon noticing the unusual behavior of her little baby, closely monitored and observed sperm in her private part, hence she reported.

The victim is now undergoing medical screening while the suspect is taken into custody for investigation and prosecution,” he said

Mongameli Shabalala, a 34-year-old Protea City-based man, is seeking justice after being wrongly accused of abusing his four-year-old niece

Goodman revealed that he spent 112 days behind bars in a Sun City Johannesburg jail.

Narrating his story, Mongameli claims that Tshepo Maqubu, the baby dad of his young sisters, had accused him and how he collaborated with police and social services to send Mongameli Shabalala to prison.

Posting on his Facebook page, a post attracting more than 10,000 likes and more than 1,500 comments he said-

I (Mongameli Shabalala) was released from Sun City Johannesburg Prison last year on this day; after being held behind bars in a Maximum Security Section for a total of 112 days following a series of false allegations made by a guy named Tshepo Maqubu.

He intentionally and consciously accused me of assaulting his daughter who was then four years and six months old.

He impregnated my sister in the year 2013 and then, shortly after the birth of my niece in September 2014, he disappeared and neglected both his daughter and his daughter's mother who was practically a child herself.

Being at home the principal breadwinner, the load landed squarely on my already burdened shoulders.

As a young primary healthcare practitioner (Professional Nurse), I helped my sister who finished her management (B.Com ICT) postgraduate training. Further help had to be given to our youngest sister who also did well at High School. I left the Health Department and sought a better paying job as a Nurse Mentor for a Global Fund project championed by ANOVA Health Institute.

I tried to do my best for 4 years and at some point I felt it was easier for me to take my niece (when she was just 4 months old) to come and live with me in East London as I had a home assistant who was happy to help me with my baby girl.

After four years, the child's father (Tshepo Maqubu) emerged and wanted to take the child to Kimberley ... I refused because I felt strongly that she was better off with me because I had a good job with a good salary and I also had grown attached to her. In order to push his way, he accused me of assaulting his daughter ... working in cahoots with a police officer (Detective Sebeko) of the Protea Glen Police Station, a prosecutor whom I know only as Mr. Tshidzumba of Protea North Court 5 and some Enrolled Nurse at the Nthabiseng Thuthuzela Care Center ... Evidence was produced against me and I was arrested for sexual assault on 6 April 2019.

I have suffered a lot of trauma and abuse inside a prison in those 16 weeks (4 months) that I was held in remand. Not to mention that the Policeman who came to arrest me assaulted me and I suffered injuries that left me with a permanent injury on my left arm.

I came back humiliated, battered, and economically hurt. Since last year, I've been trying to get justice, but I don't get help. I 'm coming across a cover-up one after the other and I can't get the help I need. I have no income and I am gradually losing the little quality of life in which I came out of jail.

I referred this matter to the SAPS Provincial Office, but it seems I don't get it there and I'm not getting it successfully. The Department of Social Services where the social workers who visited my niece's works were also told but they have been silent.

3-Year-Old Girl Raped And Killed By Two Men Who Said It Was A 'Black Magic' Ritual

The attackers had tried to mislead investigators by claiming that the girl was killed as part of a ritual in 'black magic.'

A three-year-old girl in India was raped and killed by two men who stuffed her body in a sack and dumped it near a dam. Later they tried to mislead investigators by claiming that the girl was killed as part of a ritual in "black magic", reports Times of India. 

The two men tied a piece of cloth around the girl's face while raping her. They then choked her using the same cloth. The girl's parents had reported that the girl had gone missing since July 17. Some days later, her body was found near the dam located in the central state of Madhya Pradesh. 

An autopsy of the body revealed she had died due to suffocation and trauma. Vivek Agarwal, the Police Superintendent of Chhindwara district where the crime took place, said the men "raped the child, killed her, and disposed the body - all within one hour."

He added, "They tried to misguide police during the investigation and spread rumors that someone had probably sacrificed the girl for black magic." Following the girl's disappearance, as many as 300 people were questioned. Finally, the culprits aged 21 and 23, were found and arrested on Tuesday.

In a statement released by the spokesperson of the state police command, SP Gambo Isah, the suspects, both twenty years of age, on May 11, 2020, scaled the fence of their neighbor and allegedly took turns to rape his wife, Hajiya Adamu.

The duo after committing the act slaughtered the victim like a ram after she recognized one of them.

On the 11, May 2020 during the Ramadan, and about 1 a.m, the duo of Faisal Lawal, 20 and Abba Nasiru, 20 scaled the fence of the house of one Yunusa Adamu, entered his house and forcefully had carnal knowledge of his wife. Having recognized that the woman recognized them, they now slaughtered her like a ram.” the statement read

The handset of the deceased was later recovered from one of the suspects identified as Nasiru.

The clothes Lawal wore during the incident were also recovered with bloodstains.

Gambo further stated that both suspects would be charged to court for homicide as soon as possible.

The world is no longer safe for women, how dangerous has rape become for this generation.

 To think that such young men can actually scale a wall to rape a married woman.

 Young guys of their age range are supposed to be thinking about school and how to succeed in life.

A mum who has been accused of forcing a dog to perform oral s3x on her and hanging her kids says she cannot afford a defense lawyer.

Lisa Snyder has been charged with killing her children in the basement of their home.

The mum, 37, allegedly killed Brinley, four, and Conner, eight, Albany Township, Pennsylvania, in September last year, reports The Sun.

Snyder has also been charged with third-degree murder, child endangerment, and evidence-tampering, animal cruelty, and sexual intercourse with a dog.

Bestiality is a cross-species sexual activity between humans and non-human animals. Although s3x with animals is not outlawed in some countries, in most countries, bestiality is illegal under animal abuse laws or laws dealing with buggery or crimes against nature.

The prosecution team is seeking the death penalty for her crimes.

Her barrister, Dennis Charles, disclosed on June 29 that Snyder could not afford her defense.

Following this, The Morning Call revealed the court heard she had less than $400 (£319) in her bank account at the time of her arrest.

Barrister Charles added Snyder's only asset was her car, a 2017 Ford Fusion that she bought by trading her grandfather's jeep.

Prosecutors say the funds acquired from selling her car worth $23,000 (£18,316) should be used to fund her defense, before using taxpayer funds.

She also said her son was being bullied – but cops have not found evidence suggesting this.

In court, Prosecutor Margaret McCollum said: "Conner was incapable of doing this to himself. He was incapable of doing this to his sister."

Snyder was charged with first-degree murder in December following a lengthy investigation.

It is claimed she phoned 911 on September 23 saying she had discovered her children hanged at home.

Ambulance crews were sent to her home in Albany Township to find the children unresponsive.

According to a 911 recording, Snyder told paramedics that Conner had been threatening to take his own life because he was bullied, and told her that he was afraid to die alone.

Conner and Brinley died on September 26 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest after being taken off life support.

Sixty Year Old Man Arrested For Defiling And Impregnating A 16-Year-Old Orphan

A man, identified as Baba Sarah, has been arrested for allegedly raping and impregnating a 16-year-old girl, Peace, who stays with her grandfather at Idowu Dada Street, Ogudu, Lagos, after the death of her parents.

The suspect's journey to the police cell started after the girl was caught sexually abusing a little boy and absconded from home to prevent being beaten, but a week later, she was tracked down to Irawo and taken home.

It was during beating and interrogation that she allegedly revealed how Baba Sarah used to rape her and always touched her whenever her grandfather sends her to charge the phone at his house.

She further disclosed that the culprit always gives her N500 so as not to tell anyone. She confirmed that Baba Sarah is responsible for her pregnancy. The suspect has since been handed over to the police at Area H police station, Ogudu.
