In a telephone interview with the girl's mother, Emem Peter Etim, mother of 3, she admitted that her husband started fingering the daughter Ubokobong Peter Sunday since she was one year old, she had cautioned him to stop but he never did until last week when he used scissors to cut up her VAGINA for easy entry and she could take it anymore and had to report to the police.

On why she kept quiet from the first day, Emem said she hoped that he would change but cutting her VAGINA became the last straw for her.

On what medical treatment the baby has received, Emem said she has not received any because she can't afford it but only uses boiled water and made her sit on it.

Currently, in police custody, I wonder if it will not go the same way other rape cases have gone.

26-yr-old Man Kills Married Lover Because of Excessive Sex Demand

 A 26-year-old man, Isaac Kadumbo, has been arrested after he killed his 45-year-old married sugar mummy, Brandina Bondera when he could no longer withstand her excessive sexual demands.

According to the police, Kadumbo, from a suburb of Zimbabwe, hit the woman twice on the neck with an axe, killing her instantly during an argument over her constant demand for sex even after infecting him with a sexually transmitted disease three times.

According to court documents, Kadumbo started having sex with Bondera when her husband left to work in South Africa. High Court Judge Justice Garainesu Mawadze heard that during the argument, Kadumbo took an ax and hit Bondera twice on both sides of her neck.

After realizing that he killed his girlfriend, Kadumbo attempted to commit suicide. He informed his family of his intentions and locked himself in his room, but was dissuaded from killing himself by his
family members.

When he finally opened the door, the family members discovered the lifeless body of Bondera laying on the floor. The matter was reported to the police, leading to his arrest.

Meet man who dumped his baby inside canal in Ondo

 The 32-year-old man named Muyiwa Ayorinde was said to have kept the three weeks old baby inside a black bag and thrown him inside the canal. He was, however, caught by the residents of the area who later handed him over to the police.

A source narrated that the cry of the baby inside the bag attracted the people who were then monitoring the suspect’s movement.

He said, “I saw the young man looking strange as he alighted from an okada (motorcycle) and pulled out a black bag and dropped it inside the canal and we heard a baby crying aloud. That was when we knew what he wanted to do. People usually come from different places to dump things in this canal and we have to make it a point of duty to stop them.

“The man is a wicked man to have come to the place to dump his own baby. Thank God for the swift intervention of the security men who came around; the people there would have killed him.”

According to the source, the baby was admitted to a nearby hospital, where a doctor confirmed that he had died.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Tee-Leo Ikoro, said he had yet to be briefed about the incident.

A burglar raped a woman after giving her the option of being sexually assaulted, murdered, or having s3x with her son, police said on Friday.

Joshua Henderson, 33, is accused of posing as a construction worker and raping a woman as her adult son was bound and locked in a nearby room.

Detectives said he wore a high-viz vest, work boots and a hard hat to break into the victim's apartment in New York City - pretending he was going to the roof for repairs, New York Daily News reports.

He allegedly told the woman that there was work being done on the roof and told her to close the curtains.

But police said he then climbed into the woman's bedroom window in the Queen's borough, and when she walked into the room, told her to drop her cell phone.

She agreed to let him rape her and Henderson is alleged to have tied her son in the bathroom before returning to attack the woman.

He then sprayed her with soapy water in an attempt to destroy DNA evidence, detectives claim.

Police said he then climbed into the woman's bedroom window in the Queen's borough, and when she walked into the room, told her to drop her cell phone

CCTV footage allegedly showed Henderson wearing construction attire leaving the building.

And the victim is also said to have picked him out of a police line-up.

Henderson, who has multiple burglary convictions, is now being investigated for a number of unsolved rape and cases, sources claimed.

He was arrested on Thursday and is being held without bail charged with rape, robbery, and other charges.

Security Guard Rapes Stranded Married Woman In Ibadan

 The police in Oyo State have arrested a security guard, identified as Daniel Amanda, for allegedly raping a married woman, Blessing Olaniyan.

The 23-year-old woman was said to have traveled to Lagos and returned to Ibadan late at night and could not go to her home because of the curfew imposed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

She was said to have called one of her husband’s friends on the phone but could not get through to him and she became confused as it dawned on her that she might have to sleep by the roadside.

She was said to have met the security guard and explained her predicament to him and the man agreed to take her to his home to sleep till the next morning.

However, Amanda was said to have made sexual overtures to her when they got home but the woman rejected his moves. She was said to have been overpowered by the 25-year-old guard who raped her.

She told her husband and the matter was reported to the police who swiftly arrested the suspect.

The Commissioner of Police in Oyo State, Nwachukwu Enwonwu, said the suspect had confessed to the crime.

The CP said, ” On July 28, 2020, at about 9:30 pm, Blessing Olaniyan returned from Lagos State but couldn’t get to her house because of the curfew imposed by Oyo State Government to curb the spread of COVID-19 pandemic.

” She called her husband to let him know that she could not get home and the husband told her to call his friend living around Akobo, Akala Roundabout, Ibadan. She called but could not get through to him, so she met a security guard around the area named Daniel Amanda, who agreed to render assistance to her by taking her to his home around 1:30 am on July 29.

“Daniel consequently used the opportunity to forcefully have unlawful carnal knowledge of her. This was without her consent and it happened inside his room on the pretense of helping her. The suspect had made confessional statements to that effect.”

A 40-year old man, from Ondo State, Tope Oladiran, who has been terrorizing residents of the Ikorodu axis for a while, has been arrested by the men of Zone 2, Police Command, Lagos State.

It is reported that the suspect, who has no fixed address go about snatching residents’ phones and laptops in the area.

According to Police Public Relations Officer, for Zone 2 Command, Onikan, DSP Hauwa Idris Adamu, Tope’s last operation was when he preyed on a woman at Ori-Okuta, Agric, Ikorodu, on March 29, 2020.

“He was unable to rob the woman of her mobile phone before she went into her compound but he somehow got to know that the woman lived alone with her two children.

He waited till later in the night, when he scaled the fence and entered the woman’s house through the kitchen. He hit the victim who pleaded for her life and that of her children and offered her gadgets for him to leave them alone.

He threatened to wipe out the family if they raised an alarm. He proceeded to the kitchen to prepare a sumptuous meal, ate to his satisfaction, and ordered the victim to prepare for a romp.

The victim who preferred death than to be abused in front of her children, ran and jumped down from her one-story apartment and called for help. Fortunately, the alarm attracted the neighbors and they were able to apprehend Tope.” he said.

Man, 27, Defiles Girl, 10, In Benue

 A 27-year-old man identified as Inalegwu Ochekwu of Otukpo town in Otukpo Local Government Area of Benue State is cooling his heels behind bars for raping a 10-year-old girl known as Franca.

The incident happened last Saturday in the local government.

Narrating her ordeal to journalists, the girl said it happened when she was sent to look for her sister which she said took her to the suspect’s shop who is an apprentice dry cleaner.

“When I went to their shop, to find out whether he saw my sister, the man said no, but as I was going back, the man grabbed me.

“As I was shouting asking of what was happening, he carried a cloth to cover my mouth and I struggled with him, he pressed me down, tore my cloth and forced himself on me and my body was stained with blood.”

A social activist, Mrs. Julie Okoh, who reported the case at Otukpo Divisional Police, commended the Divisional Police Officer, Suppl Bawa who she said exhibited zero tolerance for rape cases.

She commended the DPO for facilitating the movement of the victim and culprit to the l command headquarters in Makurdi for interrogation.

When contacted, the State Command spokesperson, DSP Catherine Sewuese Anene said she was yet to be briefed on the matter.

“I have not been briefed, because I have been busy with the police recruitment exercise,” Anene said.

Police Shoot 19-Year-Old Boy For Impregnating A 17-Year-Old Girl In Rivers State

 Unless three different surgeries are urgently conducted on the left leg of Ledisi Kote, a 19-year-old boy who was shot by a police officer for impregnating a girl, according to doctors, the young man may lose the leg to amputation.

According to Kote, the father of the victim, He was in his compound in K. Dere community in Gokana local government area of Rivers State on Friday, August 21, 2020, around 7 am when a Sienna drove into his compound with about four armed policemen.

“They went straight to my son’s room door and were banging and cocking guns. I approached them to inquire from them what my son did wrong that they were looking for him, but none of them answered me. It was one of them who angrily told me that my son impregnated a girl.”.

According to the victim’s father, the next thing he heard from the backyard of his house was a gunshot.

He said one of the officers shot his son on the leg simply because he impregnated a girl and went away with him, while he was bleeding profusely and hid him in a private hospital.

Comrade Karl Uchegbu, South-South Zonal Chairman of Civil Liberties Organizations quoted an unnamed human rights activist in the area as stating that, he and other lovers of justice took the father to the Rivers State Police Command headquarters on Moscow road in Port Harcourt, where an official complaint was laid down about what their officers did to an innocent boy, whose only crime was because he impregnated a girl.

Our Correspondent learned that arrangements were made for the immediate transfer of the victim from the village to a better government-owned hospital in Port Harcourt.

Another activist who witnessed the incident regretted that” until now, the officer who did this is yet to take full responsibility for the medications. The doctor said the victim will have to undergo three different surgeries or else he might be amputated. We want justice for this boy. It could be me or you tomorrow”.

At the time of filing this report, the Rivers State Police Command headquarters is yet to react to the incident, especially the allegation that a Police Officer shot a boy.

Army Lieutenant rapes junior officer on duty

 A Zimbabwe National Army (ZNA) Lieutenant based at 4.3 Reserve Force Battalion in Masvingo has been dragged to court for allegedly raping his subordinate who was on duty.

Tinashe Vashe (30) appeared before Masvingo Magistrate Patience Madondo yesterday and was remanded in custody to September 3, 2020.

It is the State case that on August 18, 2020, at around 7 pm, Vashi who was off duty went to the female barracks and entered a private officer’s room. She was on duty and wearing her uniform. She was alone in the room preparing her supper.

After entering the room Vashe grabbed her shoulders and pushed her to onto a bed. He laid her facing upwards and mounted on top of her. He closed her mouth using his hand since she was screaming. He removed her clothes and forcibly had s*xual intercourse with her once using a condom without her consent

After the ordeal, the privacy officer went to 4.3 Reserve Camp Clinic and reported the matter to Private Choice Musiniwa who is a troop Medic. Musiniwa advised other superiors leading to the arrest of Vashi.

This is not the first time, the security man is taking advantage of this girl, his penetration was smooth, no tear, no crying, no pain, no bleeding for crying out loud.

One of the onlookers jumped the fence to gain access silently by avoiding the use of the main gate to enable him to know what this girl of 8 years and above (Hausa) are always doing inside this uncompleted building, lo and behold he caught them as seen in these photos.

Her parents are pastors, they said they don’t want stigmatization, so they are not pressing charges.

But this is a rape case, this is a crime against the state government not just to the parent of a family of the 8 years old victim.

The case has been lodged at B division of NIGERIA Police, let us see if the police will sweep this under the carpet.

Catholic Catechist arrested for defiling 12 year old girl

South Lunzu Police on 18th August 2020 arrested Madalitso Mofolo aged 35 years, Catechist at Nanjiriri Catholic Church for defiling a church choir member aged 13 years, contrary to Section 138 of the Penal Code.

The incident occurred on 13th August 2020 at around 1700hrs at Nanjiriri Catholic Church in Blantyre.

Facts of the case are that the child is a church choir member and she went for practice on 13 August 2020. At around 1700hrs, after the choir practice, she was called to the office of the catechist where she was asked by the perpetrator to wait for him as he was also heading to the girl’s home.

The girl waited for him in the office. Whilst there, the suspect locked up the door and started undressing her and later defiled her.

The catechist’s wife got suspicious when she noticed that the catechist’s office was closed yet he was not home. This prompted her to go to check for him at the office. She knocked several times on the door but she got no answer.

As a result, she decided to wait outside the office, and later the catechist opened the door. The wife got access to the office and found the girl in the toilet screaming for help.

The issue was reported to church council members who agreed with the child’s guardian not to report the case to the police.

Well, wishers tipped the police about the commission and investigations led to the arrest of the Catechist.

The suspect will start appearing before the court today 20th August 2020.

Family members have claimed he was fatally beaten by his mum after he damaged her TV.

Detroit Police Department did not confirm the circumstance around Vision's death.

One family member said: “Y’all just don’t understand how f***ed up this is.

“He’s only one year old, he’s not supposed to have all the tubes coming out of him.”

They added: “Get your rest baby, I am so sorry that sick b**ch did that to you.”

Kenya Stevenson, one of Vision's aunts on his father's side of the family, told local WXYZ News: "It was quite devastating at the hospital.

"Seeing him there and not being able to hold him."

She added: “It's difficult to really know what to do right now just to think of the fact that I'll never be able to hold my nephew again the same way.”

Kenya went on: “He was a very, very, very, very, very happy baby.”

His dad sat with him hospital as he laid dying – but was too upset to talk to the media.

Kenya added: “He definitely had the courage to hold his son for the last time. We sat there for the whole entire time. He never left his side.

“The main thing is to pray for our strength, our peace of mind, our health, and my nephew and that he's in a better place, and that he knows he was loved, regardless of anything.”

Neighbors said they saw Nichols being led out of her home in handcuffs.

One said: “I looked out the window, I saw the lady come out with the police.

“They patted her down and then they turned her around, put handcuffs on her, and put her in the car.”

 Kirstie None Rosa reportedly romped with one of the students several times at his house as well as her own home in East Naples, Florida.

Investigators probing the case unearthed CCTV footage from her apartment building that showed her and one of the boys getting intimate in a communal swimming pool, Fox 4 reports.

She is also accused of plying the students with alcohol and drugs. Rosa has been charged with three counts of lewd and lascivious battery sexual activity and providing narcotics to minors, the publication added.

Officials at Collier County School District have reportedly recommended that Rosa's employment be terminated following the allegations that first emerged on December 7 last year.

Rosa was charged over the weekend and could be sacked if found guilty

HIV Positive Man Arrested For Defiling His 11 Year Old Daughter

 Salongo Christopher Kityo, a 37-Year-old HIV Positive fisherman, was on Tuesday morning, arrested over defiling his 11-year-old daughter in Uganda.

The suspect was nabbed pants down by his 26-year-old HIV Positive wife, Lydia Namiiro, who returned home from a vigil in the wee hours of Tuesday morning and on entering the house, found the man naked with a lot of booze on his head after he drunk a lot of beer throughout the night.

The daughter immediately told the mum that she was in serious pain after the dad defiled her. Namiiro then reported the matter to the neighborhood security team, who in turn contacted the OC Mpala Police Post Joseph Sekitoleko.

Sekitoleko rushed to the scene and whisked Kityo away to Entebbe Grade B Hospital after the locals beat him up.

Namiiro who toils to look after her family by doing several odd jobs including fetching firewood and washing clothes for people narrated that her little girls have confided in her that their dad has been sexually molesting them and the eldest girl who was born HIV Negative contracted the virus and she is currently on Antiretroviral drugs (ARVs) with her mum.

Namiiro. disclosed that Salongo adamantly refused to start the antiretroviral (ARVs) treatment and only spends most of his time smoking opium and marijuana in addition to boozing.

Sekitoleko condemned the evil act and revealed that the sex pest will be charged with aggravated defilement. Meanwhile, when questioned, Kityo denied defiling his daughter and claimed that his wife carefully planned the whole incident in order to grab his plot of land.

Stepdad arrested after 12-year-old girl raped, murdered and found naked in field

 Police investigating the death of a 12-year-old girl whose half-naked body was found in a cane field in the Mexican state of Jalisco have arrested her stepfather.

Elsy Michelle left her home in the colony of El Alamo at around 5 pm on 16th August..

She went to the nearby Los Conejo's ranch where family members were working in order to borrow a phone charger but that was the last time she was seen alive.

Her family reported the girl’s disappearance, and the local police immediately organized a search party.

At 11.46 pm on Sunday night, the search party found the girl’s dead body on the road to La Joya with signs of violence and sexual assault, according to news site Infobae.

A statement from the Jalisco State Prosecutor's Office read: "The main line of investigation could point to someone close to the minor, including the stepfather, who is already under investigation."

The young girl’s death has sparked a social media campaign to demand justice. Mexican women are disproportionately the victims of violent crime, with over 66% experiencing some type of domestic violence in their lives.

Mexico’s National Security System said that there were 489 women had been murdered in the country between January and June 2020.

42year Old Arrested For Allegedly Defiling daughter Over A Period Of Three Years

 A 42-year-old native of Agortime Kpetoe and a resident of Bulasu a suburb of Mataheko in the Ningo Prampram District of the Greater Accra Region, Daniel Dzoh, has been remanded for two weeks in police custody for allegedly se*xually abusing his 13-year-old daughter.

He is to re-appear in court on August 25, 2020.

The man has been accused of allegedly defiling his 13-year-old daughter, who is a class four pupil, for close to three years now.

He was apprehended by the Police in Tema after a Citi News investigation.

On Thursday 6th of August 2019, Citi News received a tip-off from a neighbor at Bulasu, a community within the Ningo Prampram District, that the suspect has been se*xually assaulting and abusing his 13-year-old daughter.

According to the neighbor who gave the tip-off, the suspect would not allow anyone near his daughter for fear of being exposed.

Upon receiving the information, a Citi News team went to the house disguised as volunteers from a Non-Governmental Organisation to gain access to the victim but the accused person, however, kicked out the team.

However, the following day, the informant managed to get the victim to his house where she narrated her ordeal to Citi News.

According to the victim, the father first raped her at age 10 in a kiosk when the stepmother had traveled for a funeral.

“One day he asked me to prepare porridge for him; so after preparing it, he asked if we had sugar. I told him no; so he asked me to come for money to buy the sugar. When I entered into the kiosk in which he was taking a nap, he requested I take off my clothes and that I shouldn’t be afraid of him because he loves me so much.”

“I then started crying. He then tore my clothes and forcefully raped me. Since then he has been doing it every week. I reported him to a few neighbors and an uncle but nothing positive came out of that. He does it anytime he feels like doing it and in the process when I refuse, he will tear my pants and clothes and also beat me up,” the victim encountered.

Several scars as a result of the beatings and physical abuse from her father could be visibly seen on her skin.

Upon returning home after the interview with Citi News, the accused person allegedly subjected the victim again to severe beatings and dragged her into his room where he again tore her underwear off and defiled her.

Upon receiving this new information, Citi News‘ arranged with the Tema Regional Police where the suspect was immediately arrested at his residence.

The victim was also sent to the Tema General Hospital for medical check-up and treatment which lasted for three days.

The medical report stated that “upon examination, the victim looks depressed and fearful with multiple scars on her body consistent with an injury caused by beating with a cane”.

It further stated that “genital findings consistent with defilement were noticed when examined”.

Tina Otu, the stepmother of the victim, said although the girl had told her about the father’s sexual abuse, the father denied it when confronted.

The girl’s elder brother, who is 14-years-old, also narrated that his younger sister had complained about the father’s sexual abuse to him before.

“My sister told me in 2019 that our dad has been having an affair with her. Anytime I’m sent and I return, I see my sister crying and when I ask about the problem, she says our father raped her again”.

Some neighbors also confirmed to Citi News that the victim had on several occasions reported to them about her ordeal but could do little because they were afraid of the victim’s father.

“The victim told me that the father has been having an affair with her and she pleaded that I get him arrested. But I told her I’m unable to do that because I’m not a family member and more so I am afraid of his father. So I advised her to complain to her family members since I don’t want to be in trouble,” one neighbor said.

According to the 13-year-old girl, there is no week that passes without her father having sex with her.

Man of British Origin Arrested for Sexually Abusing Minor Tribal Boy in Odisha's Jharsuguda

 A 68-year-old man of British origin has been arrested on the charge of sexually abusing a minor tribal boy who studies in a shelter home run by him in Odisha's Jharsuguda district, a senior police official said on Friday. The accused has been running the residential missionary institute at Jharsuguda with more than 500 children for about 25 years, Jharsuguda Superintendent of Police Rahul PR said.

The man, who has adopted Indian citizenship, was arrested on Thursday on the basis of a complaint lodged by the minor boy, a hostel inmate. Further investigation in the case is in progress, he said. The man has been booked under relevant sections of IPC, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and SC/ST (POA) Act, the SP said.

As per the complaint lodged by the boy the man had sexually assaulted him when they were returning from Rayagada district last year, sources in the police said. The incident relating to the alleged sexual abuse came to light during a probe into misuse of funds being provided by foreign NGOs, they said.

The man had launched Faith Outreach along with his wife around 25 years ago to provide education to tribal students. It has a center that provides home and care for abandoned babies and a children's home that provides clothing, education, medical care, and daily food to over 500 poor children, the sources said. The organization also has a training center that prepares volunteers to work as social workers in the local communities.

However, the hostel at the shelter home has been closed since March this year in view of the Covid-19 pandemic, a police official said. No senior official of the organization was immediately available for comment on the incident.

Girl, 16, is 'gang-raped by 30 men' in an Israel hotel as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu calls the attack a 'crime against humanity

 Two men have been arrested so far over allegations that the girl was repeatedly assaulted while she was drunk in a hotel room before she went to police last Friday. 

Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the alleged gang-rape was 'not just a crime against the girl... it a crime against humanity'. 

One suspect has told investigators that a large group of men had sex with the girl but claimed that it was consensual, according to the Times of Israel. 

Some of the men are alleged to have filmed the attacks on their phones, according to Israeli newspaper Haaretz. 

The first suspect was reportedly arrested after messages emerged showing that there was video footage of the alleged rape.  

Police say the girl was not a guest at the hotel but had gone to the bathroom after drinking there with some of her friends. 

She was then allegedly taken to one of the hotel rooms and raped by the group of men, who did not all know each other.  

One suspect claims that the men 'lined up' outside the girl's room before going inside to assault her. 

Another of the alleged attackers was said to have entered the girl's room under the pretense of being a medic who wanted to help. 

The alleged attacker 'took advantage of her and slept with her when she was out of control', the friend told Israeli television. 

Authorities are now awaiting the results of a medical examination, while one man has been ordered to stay in custody by a magistrates court.

3 Teenage Boys Arrested For Allegedly Gang-Raping And Drowning 13-Year-Old Girl In Katsina

 Three teenage boys have been arrested by men of the Katsina state police command for allegedly gang-raping and drowning a 13-year-old girl to death in a pond in the state on August 14.

Spokesperson of the state police command, SP Gambo Isah, who paraded the boys before newsmen, said the suspects were aged between 15 and 16.

“On Friday 14th, 2020 around 3:45 pm, based on the tip-off, the command succeeded in arresting the trio.

All from Danmusa town, they allegedly conspired, attacked and gang-raped a 13-year-old girl from Dutsen-Dadi village in Danmusa Local Government Area in their farmland on August 14, 2020.

The suspects are Mubarak Lawan 16, Anas Ibrahim, 15 and Aliyu Mika, 15; all from Danmusa local government,” he said. He added that after raping the victim, they threw her into a nearby pond, as a result of which, she drowned.

Isah said the victim’s body was later discovered and taken to Danmusa Hospital, where she was confirmed dead. He said the suspects have all confessed to committing the crime

Woman Burns Her 8-year-old Nephew’s Back And Buttocks With Hot Iron

 A starving eight-year-old Nigerian boy has been rescued from his aunt following serial torture, after he ate groundnuts worth N50, about $0.10 cent, without authorization.

The unidentified lady got so annoyed that she decided to scar the child’s body with a hot iron, leaving life-long scars.

The incident happened at Anantigha, Calabar South, on Sunday, August 16, after the woman, who serves as a guardian to the boy and his two siblings returned from Sunday service, only to discover that the groundnut she left at home was gone.

She reportedly confronted the boy about the missing groundnut.

When the boy confirmed he ate it, she then plugged an electric iron and used it to burn the boy’s back. She also denied him food for the day.

The human rights group who rescued the boy said it also found older scars on the boy’s body and fingers, a sign that his aunty has been abusing him for a very long time.

The boy and his other siblings have been living with the ‘cruel’ aunt for about three years.

The Principal Counsel, Basic Rights Initiative, James Labor, said his office was alerted by another group, Girl Power Initiative, GPI.

GPI said the lady had been assaulting her nephew with a hot iron, burning stove, and other hot objects.

"From what the boy has told us, which is also very visible, he has been tortured and traumatized, and the boy is in serious pain. From here we are taking him to a medical facility where he can get adequate care,” Labor said.

“We have written to the Police and the State Ministry of Humanities and Social Welfare to enable us to take good care of him in our own shelter home because we cannot allow the child to go back to the aunt again”.

Labor did not state whether the woman has been arrested
