The couple identified as Mrs Ogochukwu Anichukwu and Mr. Emmanuel Anichukwu were accused of flogging the little girl mercilessly and starving her repeatedly, NaijaCover Reports.

It was further gathered By NAIJACOVER, that the girl has been seen several times eating sand because of starvation.

The couple were recently dragged to the human right legal initiative in Ekwulobia, Anambra State following the injury the 8-year-old househelp sustained after allegedly being poured hot water by Ogochukwu, NaijaCover Reports.

This child is living with Mrs Ogochukwu Anichukwu from Ndikelionwu and Mr. Emmanuel Anichukwu from Enugu State as a househelp in Nanka Anambra state.

This girl's offense was that she licked the milk meant for her baby, she poured hot water on her and locked her inside so that neighbors won't see her in that state.

The neighbours confirmed to have seen the girl eating sand severally because of starvation. She's now used to flogging which was why the woman used hot water this time.

The neighbor that reported to the Human rights legal aid according to them entered their house unexpectedly and caught Mma trying to run inside to avoid been seen as she was vehemently warned not to allow anyone see her.

The girl is now in the hospital for proper medical care.

According to police reports on the case, Bawada Audi was arrested for snatching his daughter’s newborn baby and burying him alive beside a fence in his own house, but speaking to Daily Trust Hafsat claims that was not what really happened.

When her father finally returned and all that happened was relayed to him, he decided to bury the “dead” child beside his house fence without involving anyone but rumors began to spread that she gave birth and her father buried the child. Some individuals reported to law enforcement who both her and her dad but released her the next day

Furthermore, she explained that both her mother and herself are suffering from similar mental illness and the person (her father) who was working hard to cater for them has been in police custody over a wrong indictment.

Police Arrests 72-year-old Man For Defiling A 7-year-old Girl In Ogun

 A 72-year-old man, Ishola Olatunji  has been arested for allegedly defiling a 7-year-old girl in Iperu, Ogun State.

Spokesperson of the State Police Command, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, who disclosed this in a statement on Saturday September 26 , said the suspect was arrested on September 22, following a report by the mother of the victim who reported at Iperu Police station that she returned home and found her daughter feeling uncomfortable.

“When she made an enquiry from the little girl, she explained to her that it was the old man who lured her into his room and forcefully had sex with her. Upon the report, the DPO Iperu division detailed his detectives to the scene where the randy old man was promptly arrested," said Oyeyemi.

"The victim was taken to hospital where it was confirmed that the girl has been defiled. The suspect has made a confessional statement admitting the commission of the offence."

Meanwhile, the State Commissioner of Police, Edward Awolowo Ajogun has ordered the immediate transfer of the suspect to anti-human trafficking and child labour unit of the state criminal investigation and intelligence department for further investigation and prosecution.

The CP also appealed to parents to always be vigilant and  mindful of who to entrust their children to.

Boss Rapes House Help In Lagos, Forces Her To Take Contraceptives After Abuse

 A young girl working as a maid was raped by her boss in the Epe area of Lagos.

The girl named Balogun, who worked with her boss, whose identity is yet to be known, at Brown Roof Estate, Araga, off Atlantic Hall International School, Epe, said the man forcefully had sex with her multiple times and forced her to take contraceptives thereafter.

Balogun said her boss always tied her hands and legs whenever he wanted to rape her.

“It started after lockdown when the wife of my boss returned to work.

“My boss called me and tied my hands and legs and forcefully had sex with me.

“Whenever he rapes me, he gives me drugs and alcohol to use so that I will not get pregnant,” she said.

Agent who went to install prepaid meters drugs 14yr old girl with 200ml tramadol, rapes her

 An agent of one of the electricity companies has been arrested by the Police in Lagos for allegedly drugging and defiling a 14- year-old girl in Ejigbo area of Lagos.

The suspect, Pelumi Oloyede-Bello, had gone to install prepaid meters for some residents of Akinwunmi street Ile-Epo area of Ejigbo when he met the victim (names withheld) who was trying to recharge her parent’s prepaid meter.

Oloyede, 17, offered to assist but ended up taking her to the Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company, Okota branch where the recharge was done.

However, on their way back, he reportedly took the girl to a hotel at Jakande gate, where he allegedly drugged her drink and raped her.

During interrogation, he disclosed that he drugged her with 200 milligrams of tramadol.

According to him: “ I offered to go and recharge their meter myself but her grandmother asked her to follow me. On our way back, I bought her a bottle of soft drink. But before giving it to her, I went to the hotel where I dropped 200 milligrams of tramadol inside. I took her to the hotel where I paid N2,500 and had sex with her.

“ She slept for too long because of the drug and by the time she woke up, it was late. When she got home, they asked what kept her long and in the process, beat her in order to extract the truth from her. That was how she opened. Up.

“ I have never committed such a crime in my life. This is the first time. I used tramadol to sleep because of the noise of the power generating sets in my compound every night.

“ My intention was never to end up in this type of trouble. I dropped out of school two years ago because my mother, a widow, didn’t have money to pay for my SSCE exam. I started installing prepaid meters and was paid N1,0a 00 commission. I have been saving the money to enroenroll the SSCE examination. My mother is working as a maid to keep the family going”, he said in an emotional laden tone.

A spokesman for the Lagos State Police Command, SP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, confirmed the arrest. He said,” the boy is in our custody, under investigation. Necessary action will be taken”.

17-Year-Old Boy Arrested For Raping Two Sisters, Aged 5 And 7 In Bauchi

 IgbereTV reports that a 17-year-old boy identified as Daniel James has been arrested by the Bauchi State Police Command for allegedly defiling 7 and 5-year-old sisters.

The police spokesperson, DSP Mohammed Ahmed Wakil, who made the disclosure in a statement on Saturday, September 19, said that the suspect was arrested after the victims' parents reported at the 'D' Division Bauchi.

"On the 17/09/2020 at about 1809hrs one Hannatu Sadiq ‘f’ aged 35yrs of Nassarawa Jahun Bauchi and Hajara Abdullahi ‘f’ aged 25yrs of the same address jointly came to ‘D’ Division Bauchi and reported that on the same date at about 1600hrs one Daniel James's’ aged 17yrs of the same address, raped their two daughters named Hasiya (not real name) ‘f’ aged 7yrs of the same address and Hauwa (not real name) ‘f’ aged 5yrs of the same address."

The PPRO said: "On receipt of the report team of Policemen was drafted to the scene. The victims were rushed to General Hospital Bauchi for Medical Examination and the suspect was arrested. During interrogation, he confessed to the crime and attested to be sodomy. The investigation is on progress after which suspect will be a charge to court for prosecution."

72-Year-Old Man Caught Raping Two Primary School Children In Osogbo Osun

 A 72 years old man in Osogbo Osun State was caught having sex with two primary school children in his room.

7yr Old Girl Loses Control Of Her Bladder After This 40yr Old Man Raped Her

 A seven-year-old girl has completely lost control of her bladder, repeatedly urinating on herself after being sexually violated by Baba Michael, a 40-yr-old neighbor who calls her ‘my wife.’

Court Detains A 54-Year-Old Man For Raping A 6-Year-Old Orphan In A Church

 A 54-year-old man, identified as Sunny Gogo has been remanded by a Magistrates' Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State on Thursday, September 17, for allegedly raping a 6-year-old girl.

 Hamdi Mohamed Farah, 19, died after being flung from the sixth floor of a building in Mogadishu, Somalia. Police have arrested 11 suspects and say they are still working to identify others.

A 19-year-old woman has died after being gang-raped by at least 11 men and flung from the sixth-floor of a building.

Hamdi Mohamed Farah was lured to meet a male friend before she was set upon by the attackers.

The vile killing happened in Mogadishu, Somalia, on Friday last week, and 11 arrests have been made.

Police say they are still trying to identify other suspects.

Student Hamdi had been set to enroll in college and her death has sparked huge protests around the country.

In a statement, police said: "We have arrested 11 people over the recent rape case in Wabari neighborhood in Mogadishu and efforts to track and identify other suspects are ongoing."

According to local media, Hamdi left her home at midday after arranging to meet a friend.

Her family later received a heartbreaking phone call informing them that her body was in a morgue.

MP Mustaf Sheikh Ali Duhulow told reporters: "The rape and killing of Hamdi sent shockwaves across Somalia, and no stone will be left unturned to ensure justice is served."

 Disgusting as a man in Winterveldt, South Africa appeared in the Ga-Rankuwa Magistrate’s court on August 14, for allegedly raping his neighbor’s pregnant goat.

The suspect who is 33-years-old would remain in custody until his next court appearance at a date still to be determined, according to police spokesperson Captain Samuel Sebola.

He was arrested on charges of bestiality after he allegedly raped the female goat the previous evening.

His neighbor, and owner of the goat, Knowledge Khumalo said he heard the goat making strange noises around 20:00 on the evening in question.

When he woke up the next morning, he went to check in on the kraal and found the goat was missing.

“I went around the community looking for the goat without any success,” said Khumalo. “Later when I returned home, I found the goat was back. However, it looked unwell.”

As he was examining the goat, a man approached Khumalo and asked whether he was the goat’s owner.

“He then told me that he had been at the suspect’s shack that morning and had found the goat in his bed,” said Khumalo

.Community members, including CPF members, later converged at the suspect’s shack where they confronted him. The man is said to be a bricklayer by profession and was reportedly paid R4 500 earlier on the day of the alleged rape for work.

“He must have drunk a lot,” said Khumalo.

Khumalo said he was shattered to see the raped goat in such a sad state.

“I felt I should have done something to protect the goat,” he said.

The goat has been taken in by the SPCA for medical treatment.

SPCA inspector Mishack Matlou said the incident was the “highest form of animal cruelty he has experienced”.

“As the SPCA, we want to call on the judiciary to take tough action against cases of cruelty against animals”

Man Defiles His 15-year-old Daughter In Bauchi

 BAUCHI State Police Command has arrested one Umar Mohammed, alias Wulas, a 46-year-old who reportedly defiled his 15-year-old daughter.

The police in a statement said the suspect removed her cloth and raped her in her mother’s room.

The suspect had since confessed to committing the crime but the investigation was still ongoing after which the suspect “will be charged to court for prosecution as soon as possible, the police authorities said.

A press statement signed by DSP Ahmed Mohammed Wakil, the Police Public Relations Officer of the Bauchi Command on Wednesday said other 19 suspected rapists were arrested by the command on gender-based violence-related crimes.

The ICIR had tracked 108 suspects paraded by the Bauchi State Police Command between April and September, but none of the suspects had been tried and convicted.

The statement said the suspects were in six local government areas of the state.

DSP Wakil citing other suspects in the statement said on September 8, a report was received at Misau Police Station that one Usman Adamu of Nasarawa area Misau, 20, criminally conspired with Adamu Muhammad 21yrs, Nura Musa 20yrs, and Khalid Abdullahi now at large abducted the victim, a 14-year-old at Hardaway area and kept her in a house for almost a month.

Wife Accuses Nightlife King Of Sexually Assaulting Five-month-old Baby

 A Lagos-based beautician, Diana Kafaru, has accused her husband, Temidayo, of allegedly assaulting her and molesting their five-month-old baby at their residence at the Bricks Court Estate in the Lekki area of the state.

Diana alleged that she found her husband on May 8, 2020, molesting their baby by putting his manhood in her mouth.

Diana, who accused Temidayo of having anal sex with her without her consent, further alleged that her husband also raped their housemaid.

The 24-year-old told PUNCH Metro that after the matter was reported to the state Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Team, Temidayo refused to honor the invitation of the agency, adding that efforts to arrest him by policemen attached to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Panti, Yaba, were frustrated by one AIG Dilbal Yakadi.

She said, “I reported a case of physical assault on my person, domestic violence, sexual violence through anal sex without my permission and sexual molestation of our five-month-old baby against my husband at the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Team.

“Temidayo failed to honor several invitations of the DSVRT until an email was sent to his employer that the attention of their employee was needed in respect of allegations against him at the DSVRT.

“Temidayo promised to honor the invitation but he failed to appear before the team at the appointed date, which made the DSVRT escalate the matter to the SCIID and the case was assigned to the Gender Violence Unit to assist in apprehending him, but this was frustrated by AIG Dibal Yakadi, who was our neighbor at the estate.

“The AIG ordered the policemen to remove their vehicles from the estate on the day they went to arrest Temidayo and he vowed that I was going to receive a summons from the Zone 2 Command and when I was invited, I went there with my housemaid, who my husband raped, and we gave our statements.”

Diana, who urged the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, to order an investigation into her allegations, stated that the police had refused to arrest the suspect despite constant threat to her life by him.

The DSVRT Coordinator, Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi, while confirming Temidayo’s refusal to honor the agency’s invitation, said he initially promised to appear on Monday, July 27, 2020, but refused to come.

When contacted, Temidayo did not take his calls and when a message was sent to him via WhatsApp, he said the case was pending before the IG.

He later sent the copies of the application in a fundamental right suit he filed through his counsel, Ebinmi Berdugo, before the Lagos High Court dated July 3, 2020.

Temidayo, in the suit filed against the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State; Deputy Commissioner of Police, SCID; the DSVRT coordinator, Vivour-Adebiyi; and Diana Faith Logico, urged the court to stop the police from arresting him.

An affidavit in support of his application, stated, “It is expedient to state that the 4th respondent is using the officers of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd respondent to assault, harass, molest and threaten the applicant’s life without any just cause in a bid to punish him that he failed to do her bidding of being the chief controller of the applicant’s home against his marital vows.

“Due to the applicant’s refusal to yield to the 4th respondent mother’s pressure and insistence on locating the business in her place, his mother-in-law barred the 4th respondent from returning to her matrimonial home.”
