Four Family Houses Razed After Man Shot Another Dead For Pushing His Mother

 Four family houses were on Sunday night razed after a young man shot another dead for pushing his mother down in Oteri-Ughelli, Delta State.

Preliminary reports gathered from community sources revealed that trouble started when the deceased engaged in a fight with the culprit’s sister.

The mother was reported to have tried to rescue her daughter from the victim’s grip when he pushed her angrily and she fell.

The deceased was summoned by community leaders and after cross examination, was sanctioned and flogged in the presence of all including the mother that was pushed.

Not satisfied with the beating of his sister and how the matter was settled, the culprit was said to have mobilized his friends and shot the victim at a close range on his way home.

He was rushed to the hospital for treatment but unfortunately gave up the ghost.

His death subsequently caused a ripple effect that led to the razing of four houses belonging to the families of those suspected to be part of the gruesome murder of the promising young man.

School Teacher On The Run After Beating His Student To Death In Lagos

  i just lost my brother to School Teacher Brutality. Mr Emmanuel(frame 1)is a sec school teacher at Elihans college, Ikorodu in Lagos. He beat up my brother Boluwatife Omelaja(frame 2) to death on 26th of November in the school premises because he couldn't answer a math question he was asked correctly.

The school initially made us believe he slumped and died while he was trying to answer the question on the board, a boy who wasn't ill or showed any sign of sickness before.

He was brought home in the school's bus by the school proprietress and principal, along with Mr Emma-whom we didn't know was the killer at that time, and he was buried few hours later according to muslim's doctrine.

Meanwhile Bolu's other brother, Lateef Omelaja was prevented from leaving the school premises, in order to prevent him from spreading the true news to us at home and to buy Mr Emma more time to run away.

We believed the rooster and bull story the school fed us not until Lafeef got home at around 5pm and narrated what really happened at the school to us.

We also confirmed this from other students of the school including classmates of Boluwatife.

The painful part is, the school keeps trying to cover up for Mr emma claiming he didn't beat Bolu.

Mr Emma is on the run, nowhere to be found.

I know no amount of punishment for him will bring back my brother but i just want Mr Emma located and justice served."

Lagos Police Inspector Rapes Undergraduate, Threaten Suicide

 A police inspector attached to the Agbado Police Station, Lagos State Police Command, Adelakun Amubieya, has been arrested for allegedly raping an undergraduate, Joy (not real name), in the Ipaja area of the state. It was gathered that the suspect and the victim lived in the same compound on Abesan Estate.

The cop and his wife were said to have promised to teach the teenager how to make money with an application on her phone.

The 18-year-old, who went to the couple’s apartment on November 15, reportedly met Amubieya alone.

The policeman allegedly forced her into the bedroom and raped her.

All appeals to the suspect to let her go fell on deaf ears.

Narrating her ordeal, she said, “Sometime in October, I came downstairs to receive a call due to bad network and I overheard the policeman and his wife talking about something, but I didn’t pay attention.

“When I was done with the call, his wife said their discussion was about a betting site and all I needed to do was to drop my details and I would be receiving N2,000 every three days. They said I must be 18 to play. I told them that I would return on Friday, November 13, when I would have clocked 18.”

The victim said after she returned from church on the Sunday of that week, she went to the cop’s apartment.

“I sat on the edge of the chair next to the door, while he sat on the chair near his room. He said he just woke up from sleep and I should come back later.

“I was about leaving when he called me back and asked what the time was. I told him it was 1.42pm; he said his wife would be back by 3pm. That was when I knew his family was not around. I stood up to leave and he told me to hug him, but I declined; he hugged me forcefully and dragged me into the room. He told me to lie on the bed, but I refused. He pushed me to the bed and started kissing and fingering me.

“I struggled to get him off, but he held my legs and had sex with me. I begged him to stop, but he didn’t answer me. I could not shout because I was scared of what he could do to me. He is a policeman and may have a gun in the house. Besides, people were making a noise outside, so no one would hear me.

“I told him to get a condom so he could get off me and I could look for what to do, but he didn’t answer me,” she added.

The victims’ father, who demanded justice, said when he got to know about the rape, he challenged the suspect, but he denied it.

“He said that my daughter was lying against him. I took my daughter to a hospital and some tests were carried out. I also reported at the Ipaja Police Station. Policemen were sent to his apartment, but he was not around. His office was called as well, and when they could not produce him, I reported to a rights group and we went to Mirabel Centre where tests were conducted.

“After they waited for him to show up at the Ipaja Police Station and he didn’t, the case was transferred to the Gender Unit at Ikeja. The man didn’t show up till Monday after sending people to beg me. When I asked him why he raped my daughter, he said it was the devil’s work. I want justice because my daughter is traumatised,” he added.

A voice note from the suspect was reportedly sent to the victim’s father, begging for forgiveness.

Speaking in Yoruba, he said, “Please, I beg you in the name of God, treat me like a prodigal son that has offended his father. I don’t have anything to say before God and man because I know how you treat me and my family; you’re like a daddy to me.

“I’m begging you in the name of God and the creator of my children, mum and late father. I’m like the breadwinner of my family; if you continue to pursue this case, you want to make my parents cry, and you don’t want me to achieve my aim in life because this is becoming more than what I bargained for.

“If I cannot continue again, it will be okay to take my life, but who will take care of my children? There’s nobody. Please daddy, I beg you in the name of God, with the blood of Jesus, have mercy on me, tell me the way forward. I could not eat or drink since it happened. I have tried my best to talk to God; even if I bring a lot of people to beg you, it cannot equate my sin before you.”

The Executive Director of Esther Child Rights Foundation, Esther Ogwu, urged parents to be vigilant.

“I also want to advise parents to tell their children to be careful of where they go; they should not enter into people’s houses anyhow because it is dangerous,” she added.

Indonesian Child Rapist Begs For Mercy As He Receives 146 Lashes

 An Indonesian man collapsed and begged for mercy as he was flogged nearly 150 times today for raping a child in a province where public whipping is a common punishment for violating Islamic law.

The 19-year-old grimaced and cried out as a masked sharia officer lashed his back with a rattan stick in the town of Idi. He pleaded for the punishment to stop and was briefly treated by doctors before the flogging restarted. The man was arrested earlier this year on charges he molested and raped the victim, whose age was not revealed.

 On the 24/11/2020 at about 6:pm,following intelligence report, Police operatives attached to Ojoto Division in Anambra State arrested one Emila Sunday 'f' who claimed to be 21years old from Akwa Ibom State with a three months old baby boy at Ire-village Ojoto.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the woman is attempting to sell her three months old baby boy which the suspect claimed was due to hardship.

31yr Old Man Rapes Woman In Vehicle After Arranging To Buy Her Underwear

 A 31yr old Man (Luis Francisco Cruz) was arrested by the East Pennsboro Police after allegedly raping a woman who had arranged to sell him her underwear in a transaction on Facebook Marketplace.

According to the Police, Luis Francisco Cruz, 31, is charged with rape, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, false imprisonment, and indecent assault.

The victim reported the sexual assault on Oct. 24, but the incident occurred on June 12, according to the victim.

According to police, the victim reported that Cruz contacted the victim on social media earlier this year, offering to buy her panties. The victim said she agreed to meet with him for the transaction because she had lost her job, but explicitly told him in her messages to him that there would be "no sex" involved, police say.

When the victim met with Cruz in the parking lot of a Planet Fitness in East Pennsboro, he sexually assaulted her inside his vehicle, allegedly using his weight to restrain her. He also ignored her pleas to stop and would not allow her to leave his vehicle, the victim told police.

Cruz was taken into custody following an investigation. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.

Update: Man Who Caged His Wife For Over Three Years, Has Been Arrested

The Delta State police command has arrested a 41-year-old Ame  Edjeket, who caged his wife and mother of his eight children, Gladys, for over three years on allegations that she is a witch and was behind his financial woes at their home in Orerokpe, Delta state.

LIB on Tuesday, November 17, shared the story. Human rights activist, Harrison Gwamnishu, who brought the case to light, said the man got his wife pregnant three times while he caged her. He said the victim was locked up in the cage where she defecated and also urinated.

When arrested, Ame insisted his wife was a witch and mentally challenged and that he had taken her back to her family members but they rejected her.

The victim is currently receiving medical attention at the Orerokpe General hospital in Delta state.

Man Beats Wife To Death For Attending Her Elder Brother's Naming Ceremony

 A hotel worker, Opeifa Abayomi has been accused of killing his wife for attending her elder brother’s naming ceremony in Lagos State.

Popular social media influencer, Pamilerin Adegoke, who made the accusation in a series of tweets on Monday stated that there has been trouble in the family of the deceased who happened to be his aunty since her mother-in-law moved in with them.

Pamilerin who is the nephew of the deceased revealed that Abayomi was always controlled by his mother since she moved in and has always done his bidding. He also promised that justice must be served to them.

“My Aunty’s husband (Abayomi Opeifa) just killed her overnight. Because she went to her elder brothers naming ceremony Abayomi’s mother basically control him on what to do and what not to do. When to beat his wife and when he should not allow his wife sleep inside. I’m not against your parents staying with you, but my aunty has never enjoyed her home since her husbands mother moved in.

“This is someone that used to head a hotel in Lekki, worked at Eko Hotel and called himself Gentleman and God fearing. Oloriburuku ni e Abayomi. You will rot in Jail. You and your mother,” Pamilerin wrote.

He added that Abayomi, in his defense, stated that his wife drank a sniper which killed her after she wasn’t allowed into her home from the naming ceremony.

“He said she drank sniper, my aunty that has endured way more. It’s ordinary one night that your stupid mother did not allow her into the house she built for you guys that she will now drink snipper. Abayomi you will rot in jail. Over 7 years of bad marriage.

“You took her to the mortuary without informing the family. You and your mother killed my sister.”

Information gathered by this newspaper shows that Abayomi and Adenike's 7 year old marriage is blessed with 3 children. Two boys and a girl.

Man Who Raped And Buried Girl Alive Is Executed By Lethal Injection In The US

 Orlando Hall was convicted for his role in the horrific kidnapping, rape and murder of the 16-year-old sister of two Texas drug dealers he suspected had stolen money from him.

Lisa Rene was abducted in 1994 from her apartment by five men, including Hall, who had gone there to confront her brothers.

When they found her instead, the gang of marijuana traffickers took her at gunpoint to Arkansas where she was raped, beaten and buried alive.

He was put to death at 11.47pm on Thursday, local time, despite last minute legal challenges to delay.

A victim impact statement on behalf of Lisa's family was issued following the execution, 26 years after her tragic death.

"Today marks the end of a very long and painful chapter in our lives," Pearl Rene said.

My family and I are very relieved that this is over.”

Orlando Hall, who was African American, was found guilty by an all white jury, which lawyers claim was the result of racial discrimination.

Three of the men involved in the horrific crimes had agreed a plea deal to testify against Hall and a fifth man, and have all been released since.

Hall's execution came after the US Supreme Court overturned a previous ruling that blocked it on the grounds of method.

The court also denied motions to halt the execution in three other cases filed by Hall's lawyers.

His death is the eighth such sentence carried out this year under the Donald Trump administration, after a 17-year hiatus of federal executions.

 A little boy has been rescued after information got out that he had been locked in a his mother's store to serve as punishment for an unknown crime.

Concerned neighbors went to the store were the padlock for the store was broken and the little boy who looked traumatized was rescued.

A close look at the young boy who was dressed in only pants show that he had been abused severally by his mother. There was no information about his dad.

A woman who can do a terrible thing to a young boy, clearly doesn't deserve him. Retired Police Officer Bites Off 18-year-old Girl's Ear In Edo

 Human rights activists are demanding justice for an 18-year-old girl, Faith Aigbe, whose ear was allegedly bitten off by one Mr Ogunbor, who claimed to be a retired commissioner of police, NaijaCover Reports.

From The Information Obtained By NaijaCover, The Alleged incident happened at Eweka Street, off Aduwawa Road, Benin City in Edo State on Sunday, November 15, during a quarrel between the victim's mother and the Ogunbor family.

It was gathered that the said victim returned from church to find Mr Ogunbor, his wife, daughter and some other family members allegedly assaulting her mother.

Faith said when Mr Ogunbor picked up a shovel to hit her mother, she quickly held back the weapon. The retired police officer was said to have grabbed Faith and chopped off her right ear with his teeth.

After the fight Faith and her mother run to the police station in order to lay down their report. Zimbabwean Man Drugged, Raped And Dumped By Roadside By 2 Ladies

 A man from Bulawayo was allegedly drugged and left lying in a bushy area and woke up half naked while his manhood had semen stains as if he had sex.

The 38-year-old man is said to have boarded a Honda Fit pirate taxi that had two women from the city centre to Hillside at 8pm last week on Friday.

A source said while they were on their way one of the women reportedly gave the unsuspecting man a drink suspected to be laced with a drug.
The source said after taking the drink the man allegedly felt dizzy and moments later he fell unconscious.

He does not know what happened next. He woke up to find himself lying in a bushy area half naked.

“He woke up at 1am to realise that his trousers and underwear were lowered to knee level. As if that was not enough his manhood had semen stains and he was feeling tired as if he had sex,”said a source close to investigations.

He reported the matter at Hillside police station.
Bulawayo provincial public relations officer Assistant Inspector Nomalanga Msebele confirmed the incident.

“I can confirm that we are investigating a case where a man who boarded a Honda Fit pirate taxi from the city centre to eastern suburbs found himself lying half naked in a bushy area. The suspects are still at large.”

Assistant Inspector Msebele spoke about an increase in cases of robberies committed by Honda Fit crews and urged members of the public to be cautious: “We are continuously recording crimes involving unregistered pirate taxis. We are also recording assault and rape cases. We want to urge members of the public to desist from boarding unregistered cars as some of them are involved in serious crimes.

Man Sentenced To Death In Adawawa For Beheading His Son For N1m

 An Adamawa High Court sitting in Yola on Wednesday, November 18, sentenced a cattle rearer, Bappa Alti, to death by hanging for killing his 5-year-old son for N1 million, IgbereTV reports.

The state High Court VII presided over by Justice Fatima Ahmed Tafida, convicted Bappa for causing the death of his son by hitting him with a rearing stick and thereafter chopping off his head with a cutlass.

The convict who was 24 as at the time of the incident, lured his son, Buba, to the farm on July 13, 2013 in Ganji suburb of Gombi Local Government of Adamawa State and beheaded him.

When the convict's father, Alhaji Guza enquired the whereabouts of his grandson, Bappa told him that he left the child behind in the farm and he would return later.

Days rolled by and the boy did not return from the farm which made Alhaji Guza to lodge a complaint at the Gombi divisional police station where a search party was commissioned.

The search led to the discovery of the beheaded decomposing body of Buba under a tree in the farm covered with leaves. Baffa was later arrested and on interrogation, he claimed that one Alhaji Sange Hassan, told him to bring a human head for N1 million.

He confessed to committing the act, saying he intended using the money to raise the status of his father, mother and his family. Alhaji Hassan, however, denied the allegation, insisting that it was a set up aimed at blackmailing his person.

Bappa Alti was earlier arraigned before court for culpable homicide punishable with death contrary to section 221 of the penal code law.

After evaluating all the evidences which include the severed head of the deceased, the cutlass used to cut off the head, and voluntary confessional statement of the accused, the presiding Judge declared that without iota of doubt, the suspect actually masterminded the killing of his son thereby committing an offence contrary to section 221 of the penal code law and therefore sentenced him to death by hanging.

Gay Man, 55, Sodomises 8-year-old Boy In Bauchi

 The Nigeria Police, Bauchi State Command has arrested a 55 years old Shu’ibu Abdullahi who was accused of defiling an eight years old boy through the anus.

According to the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the Command, Ahmed Wakil, the culprit was caught in the act when he lured the minor behind a multipurpose indoor sports hall in Bauchi metropolis.

The PPRO disclosed this and other arrests on Friday in a press statement he shared with Vanguard.

“On 09/11/2020 at about 0940hrs, one Fatima Garba ‘f’ aged 40yrs of Unguwan Shekal came to Area Command and reported one Shu’ibu Abdullahi ‘m’ aged 55yrs of Anguwan Dawaki Bauchi that some months back he lured her son, one Sani Umar (not real name) ‘m’ aged 8yrs of Shekal Bauchi, Bauchi L.G.A and forcefully had unlawful sexual inter-course with him through his anus at multipurpose hall located opposite Wunti market after which he give the victim his sperm to lick.

“On receipt of the complaint, a team of policemen were drafted to the scene both victim and suspect were taken to Hospital for medical examination.

“During interrogation the suspect confessed to have committed the crime. Investigation is in progress, after which the suspect will be charged to court for prosecution,” he said.

Moreover, the Police Command also arrested suspects in connection with the gruesome killing of Hamza Usman, and other heinous crime such as; armed robbery, a criminal conspiracy among others.
