Man Lures 16-Year-Old Girl From Facebook To Benin Hotel, Kidnaps And Rapes Her

A suspect identified as Vincent Idumonyi, was apprehended by police operatives after abducting and raping a 16-year-old secondary school girl in Benin city, Edo state.

It was gathered that the suspect met his victim on Facebook where she released her phone number to him after they became friends.

After a month of chatting, the suspect arranged to meet with the girl in a hotel in the town where he kidnapped her for three days.

He threatened to inject her with a deadly substance if she raised an alarm, a situation which led to her being raped by the suspect.

Vincent then contacted the girl's family to demand for some money before her release.

The family eventually parted ways with N382,000.

The victim herself revealed that the suspect who threatened her also with a knife, had sex with her twice in the hotel.

The dismembered body of a popular rap singer was found in his flat in Russia after his wife reportedly chopped up his body and cleaned his organs in a washing machine and sprinkled them with salt.
Known as Andy Cartwright, 30, his wife claimed he had died of a drug overdose in St Petersburg.

Marina Kukhal, 36, told detectives that she did not want his fans to know he had died such an 'inglorious' death - and dismembered his body over four days storing body parts in black plastic bags and her fridge.

The limbs were reportedly sawn 'perfectly' and the body parts sprinkled with salt.
Kukhal used a knife, hammer, hacksaw, plastic bowl and chopping board, police say.

The couple's two-year-old child was in the same flat as she severed the singer's body parts, it was reported.

Russian police say they have opened a murder probe into the death of the star, whose real name was Alexander Yushko, originally from Ukraine.

The limbs were sawn 'perfectly' and the body parts sprinkled with salt.

In addition, the investigators found traces of male hands on one of the forearms, as if the victim had been grabbed, said a report citing unnamed law enforcement sources.

The widow had also thoroughly cleaned their apartment on main street Nevsky Prospect in St Petersburg, it was reported.
She also disputed that the rapper's mother-in-law had been involved.

Man Rapes 20-year-old Girl With Down’s Syndrome In Ogun

Men of the Ogun State Police Command have arrested a 24-year-old man, Godwin Akpan, for forcefully having carnal knowledge of a 20-year-old girl with Down’s syndrome.

The victim was reportedly raped, on Tuesday, when she was sent by her elder sister to close the gate of their house in Ota, Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area of the state.

The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Abimbola Oyeyemi, disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday.

Oyeyemi said the suspect, who lives with the victim and her sister at No. 5 Cele Avenue, Sango Ota, was apprehended following a complaint by the victim’s sister at the Sango Divisional Headquarters.

The PPRO said the victim’s sister reported that she was raped by their neighbour while she was sent to go and close the gate of their house around 6pm.

Oyeyemi stated, “The suspect, who is their close neighbour, forcefully dragged the victim to a room, where he had sex with her against her will.

“Upon the report, the DPO, Sango Ota, CSP Godwin Idehai, quickly detailed his detectives to the scene, where the suspect was promptly arrested.

“On interrogation, he confessed to the crime but claimed not to know what came over him that made him do it.

“The victim has been taken to the general hospital for treatment.”

The PPRO said the Commissioner of Police, Edward Ajogun, had ordered the transfer of the suspect to the Anti-human Trafficking and Child Labour Unit of the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department for further investigation and prosecution.

“The CP warned that violence against women in whatever form would not be tolerated under his watch and that those with such devilish intentions should have a rethink or prepare to feel the weight of the law,” he added.

Man arrested for raping 13-year-old daughter in Noida

A 45-year-old man was arrested for allegedly raping his minor daughter in Uttar Pradesh's Noida on Wednesday, police said.

The man, a laborer hailing from Bihar, would often get drunk and force himself upon his 13-year-old daughter, a senior police official said.

A complaint was filed by his wife at the Phase 2 police station on July 24, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Women Safety) Vrinda Shukla said.

"The woman alleged in her complaint that her husband would rape their daughter after consuming alcohol but the fear of public shame and disrepute to the family kept her from approaching the police initially," Shukla said.

The DCP said the accused was arrested on Wednesday after registration of an FIR and initial probe.

He has been booked under Indian Penal Code section 376 (rape) as well as the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, the police said, adding further proceedings were underway.

A young woman who began suffering rape at age 5 and ran away from home to escape her rapist, has told of how she became a prostitute at the age of 11 to survive.

Kelly, 21, recounted how her to foster father came into the sitting room drunk when she was only 5. She was watching TV with her foster mum and he asked her to follow him inside, where he proceeded to rape her.

The Skid Row sex worker revealed that he raped multiple times after that and her foster mum, who was also being abused by the man, couldn't do anything.

At 11, she ran away from home. While running, she met a man who promised to help her, but he ended up introducing her to prostitution and making money off her.

She finally escaped from him and now lives in a tent but she still fears that the love-vendor might come after her and kill her.

She added that she never went to high school. The last time she was in a school was at the age of 10.

She mentioned that she is ashamed of the fact that she's never been to high school.

The girl, who speaks well for someone who hasn't been to school since age 10, said she dreams of being a lawyer and a cosmetologist but she doesn't know how to go about it.

She mentioned that she's ashamed of herself and her body then added that she still sells her body because she doesn't have any other skill.

She said she's been raped, tortured, and has had a gun pulled on her head while walking the streets.

She also revealed that she experiments with drugs. She said she tried cocaine after her love-vendor introduced her to it but later gave it up because she didn't want it messing her up.

She said she recently tried crystal and it was so potent that she was walking around naked without knowing it until the police were called and they arrested her for indecent display.

The young lady also mentioned that she thinks of suicide often. She said she could kill herself on the night of the interview or the night after because she has nothing to live for. She said she has no one, no family, and no future. She added that no one ever checks up on her.

The interview was recorded a day before Christmas of 2019 but was released on June 6, 2020, via In The Now's official Facebook account.

During the interview, the girl mentioned that she is considering suicide because the following day is Christmas but she has no one to spend it with and that makes it all the more unbearable.

The interviewer replied by promising to bring her Christmas dinner the following day. He told her he wouldn't let her kill herself on his watch and promised he will check up on her.

This made her seem excited and she made him promise to keep to his word.

Teenager Held For Defiling Two-Year-Old Girl

Police in Adamawa State has apprehended an 18-year old boy, Moses Bukar, for allegedly defiling a two-year-old girl. The incident occurred at the Jambutu community in Yola North Local Government Area of the state. 

It was learned that the suspect’s shop is close to that of the victim’s mother. But, pretending to be a good neighbor, Bukar took the toddler to the premises of Bekaji Primary School where he reportedly had carnal knowledge of her.

The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Suleiman Yahaya, said in a statement yesterday that immediately the victim’s mother noticed her daughter’s swollen private parts, she immediately reported to the police which resulted in the suspect’s arrest. Yahaya said after Bukar was arrested, he confessed to the crime. According to the PPRO, the victim is undergoing medical screenings while the suspect has been taken into custody for investigation and prosecution.

He said: “The state Commissioner of Police, Olugbenga Adeyanju, has called on parents/guardians to closely monitor their children and equally sensitize them to keep a distance from people of such character. “The command further assures all residents of its commitment to protecting lives and property and calls on the good people of the state to continue reporting suspicious movements or character to the police.”

80-year-old woman "raped by man attracted to her since he was young”

An 80-year-old woman in Phatthalung province was given a saline injection and instructed to rest in bed at home after she was allegedly raped by a man on July 21st.

The victim told reporters she was selling steamed sticky rice stuffed with banana when a managed around 50 years old arrived, sweet-talking her and saying he was attracted to her when he was young during the time they were neighbors.

He said he would like to buy all her steamed sticky rice but she had to go with him to deliver the desserts to his relative's home. She agreed for they were worth Bt2,000.

On the way, he took a desolate route and stopped at a house that was only half-built. She suddenly realized his true intentions and tried to flee but failed. She said that after the man had his way with her, he took away her purse.

Her relatives are now demanding that the police arrest the man as soon as possible.

Police said yesterday (July 28) that they have collected footage from surveillance cameras and are interrogating witnesses for more clues, which will hopefully lead to the man’s arrest.
