Man, 65, Two Others Arrested For Repeatedly Raping An 11-year-old Girl In Taraba

 Taraba state police command has arrested a 65-year-old man, Ahmadu Garba, and two others for allegedly repeatedly raping an 11-year-old girl.

 DSP David Misal, who is the spokesperson of the state police command, disclosed this to newsmen, and also gave the names of the two other suspects as Abubakar Bala, 37, and Suleiman Ahmadu.

Misal said Garba was reported to have kidnapped the victim and kept her in his custody for three months while raping her repeatedly. The spokesperson added that Garba also used the victim for commercial sex work apart from offering her to his two accomplices.

“Besides abusing her for the past three months, Garba had fantasized collecting money to allow others have carnal knowledge of the minor,” Misal said

The police spokesperson said all three suspects have confessed to the crime and would be charged to court as soon as possible.

15 Year Old Akwa Ibom Rescued From Prostitution In Delta State

 The Delta Government through the Ministry of Women Affairs, Community and Social Development has returned a 15-year-old Akwa-Ibom State girl to reunite with her family after being trafficked to the State for child prostitution.

The girl named Favour Enefiok was taken back to Akwa-Ibom State by a staff of the Ministry of Women Affairs under the Child Protection unit via Akwa-Ibom State Transport company from Asaba.
Miss Enefiok was on the 9th April 2020, discovered in an uncompleted building around 1am by landlords mounting security surveillance within the Midwifery area of Okpanam in Asaba, the state capital.
Probing what she was doing at that wee hour of the night, the girl had informed them of how she was beaten and pushed out of the house by her madam for refusing to engage in prostitution with men she was bringing to her.
On that note, one of the Landlords who had the contact of one of the members of the Delta State Child Rights Implementation Committee had to alert the Committee member seeing it was a case of child abuse.
On arrival at the scene, the Committee members, Mrs Bridget Anyafulu, a lawyer, and Comrade Patrick Ochei later discovered that the girl who hailed from Ikot-Ekpene Local Government Area of Akwa-Ibom State was tricked from her parents to come to live with a wealthy woman in Delta.

The girl who appeared intelligent and could speak well said on getting to Delta, she was handed to a younger woman who lives alone and was into prostitution. She goes out at night and returns the next day and most times would arrange for men to come and sleep with the girl.

However, the girl stubbornly refused to participate in the prostitution, insisting that was not what she was brought to do an action that often times warranted severe beatings from the lady who threatened to kill her and nobody would find out.
On that fateful night, Favour refused her Aunty’s pressures again and she was beaten and thrown out of the house, while the lady locked the door and left for the night’s business.
After hearing from the young Favour, the Committee through Mrs Anyafulu took her into custody and alerted the Police who were able to effect the arrest of the woman later that day.

The Chairman of the Child’s Rights Implementation Committee and Permanent Secretary of the Delta State Ministry of Women Affairs, Mrs Kevwe Agas was promptly briefed about the situation.
She consciously reached out to the Women Affairs Commissioner and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Women Affairs in Akwa-Ibom State and made efforts to return the girl to her people, but that was not possible due to the Covid-19 lockdown.
Nonetheless, the cheerful Miss Favour Enefiok had to remain in the custody and care of the Child’s Rights Implementation Committee member, Mrs Bridget Anyafulu for in the past three months until the final approval by the State Government for her return to Akwa-Ibom State.

While in Delta in the three months plus, Favour had learnt skills in hair-making and slippers production, which she desires to continue with as a trade alongside her education.

Favour is the first child of her parents living at Ikot-Ekpene LGA in Akwa-Ibom State. She said she stopped school at primary five and desires to go back to school.
“She was happy while leaving Asaba and smiling uncontrollably as we chatted. A box load of clothes was purchased for her with a new phone and other things to keep her happy as she reunites with her family in Akwa-Ibom State. I can authoritatively testify that Favour had called to confirm that she had gotten home to her parents and siblings. She said as soon as she and Auntie Esther got to the Ministry of Women Affairs in Akwa-Ibom State, she was immediately taken to Ikot-Ekpene to reunite with her parents and siblings”, the case manager, Patrick Ochei narrated.

Zambian Man Sentenced To 14yrs For Raping His Daughters In Sweden

 45-year-old Sraj Umar Banda from Zambia was hailed as a fantastic multicultural venture by the state-owned mining company LKAB – but at the same time, he committed hundreds of systematic abuses of his daughters which consisted of oral, vaginal and anal rapes that began when the daughters were eleven and twelve years old.

One of the daughters was forced to have two abortions after she became pregnant.

Banda has now been sentenced to a maximum of 14 years in prison.

The extremely serious and extensive crimes were discovered at the beginning of the year when one of the girls, now in her late teens, started telling friends and then the social services about the abuse she and her sister had been subjected to for several years.

The perpetrator in question is their father, the 45-year-old immigrant Sraj Umar Banda who moved to Sweden from Zambia because he was granted state money to do a doctorate in rock mechanics at Luleå University of Technology.

He then came to work for the state mining company LKAB in Svappavaara, where he was hailed as a fantastic multicultural venture.

But even when he was arrested, he could admit in the first interrogations that he had raped the two sisters since they were eleven and twelve years old and that there were so many rapes that he could not even state a clear number himself.

“I’m not here to save my own skin, but I admit the damage I caused,” he said in the first police interrogation.

Now the incestuous child rapist has been sentenced to the highest possible punishment for the systematic rapes of his own daughters.

Hundreds of brutal rapes – one of the girls was forced into two abortions.

The abuse lasted between 2013 and until this spring.

For one girl, it is from the time she was 11 until she was 14 years old and according to Banda herself has touched “almost 100 intercourses”.

The other girl was exposed when she was twelve years old and several years ahead and, according to Banda, was about “well over 100 intercourses”.

Estimates that according to the girls themselves are the tip of the iceberg of rapes that have occurred several times a week.

According to one of the girls, she remembered how the first rape took place:

“He was naked and I was scared, he closed the door and closed it again so no one would see. I tried to stop him, I shouted at him, kind of stop. I knew what [he] was going to do. He took Vaseline on my vagina and on his penis. It hurt and blood came.”

But Banda not only contented herself with raping one of the girls but also started raping her sister.

Sometimes he forced himself on both of them at the same time as they lay next to each other in one of the beds in the home.

He also took pictures and filmed his rapes and assaults – materials that became important evidence in the trial.

10-year-old Boy Epileptic Boy Chained By Parents For 2 Years, Rescued In Kebbi

 In the early hours of Sunday 8th August 2020, a High delegation from the kebbi state Government has taken over all the responsibilities of an abandoned child who was rescued by a human rights group. The child in question is a boy of ten (10 yrs) years who was chained in the stall of goats like an animal for over two years. The boy named Jamilu Aliyu, unfortunately, lost his biological mother two years ago, he thus, fell under the custody of his biological father and two stepmothers. He was practically denied food, hence, resorted to feeding upon the food given to the animals he was staying within the same stall. Sometimes he used to eat his own 'faeces' for his survival.

In consequences, he emaciated, dehydrated and partially deformed, He limps like an ape and behaves like animals. He is too pitiable to behold.

The state delegation visited the rescued boy at Sir Yahaya Specialist Hospital Birnin Kebbi where he is responding to treatment. The state government has taken all responsibilities of the boy. His medical expenses, education, and everything.

Suffice it to say that, His Excellency Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu has since submitted a bill to the State House of Assembly which seeks to provide further protection, medical assistance as well as penalties for such offenses. When passed into law, it would help in eliminating or reducing this kind of crime as well as give medical assistance within the ambit of the law.

PSYCHO Pedophile Kidnaps And Rapes A 5-Year-Old Girl After Strangling Her Babysitter To Death

 A Bemidji man who kidnapped and raped a 5-year-old girl after killing the child’s baby sitter was sentenced to 52 years in prison.

Jacob William Kinn, 33, pleaded guilty to three felonies: one count of second-degree unintentional murder, one count of kidnapping and one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person younger than 13.

As part of a plea deal, Kinn’s attorneys, public defenders Symon Schindler-Syme and Paul Thompson, agreed to a sentence much stricter than what Minnesota guidelines call for.

During his plea, Kinn admitted to four aggravating factors related to the murder of Melissa Sue Norby.

Because he testified that he treated Norby, 35, with particular cruelty, mutilated her body, committed the murder in the presence of a child and caused additional harm to people who knew her, Beltrami County District Judge Shari Schluchter sentenced Kinn to 33 years in prison for the murder, double the guideline sentence.

Kinn also received a sentence of four years and eight months in prison for the kidnapping and 14 years and four months in prison for the sexual assault.

Schindler-Syme spoke with Kinn after the sentencing and said his client accepted the plea deal and severe sentence because he wanted to take responsibility for his actions and put the matter behind him.

Kinn murdered Norby and kidnapped the child in June 2016, after planning a portion of the crime with Norby herself. Kinn and Norby had been in a sexual relationship for about a year before the murder and kidnapping.

According to Kinn’s testimony, he and Norby had planned to kidnap the 5-year-old girl together. Investigators believe the pair intended to sexually assault the girl.

Norby — a friend of the girl’s mother — picked up the child and brought her to her trailer home at Hillcrest Manor in Bemidji.

Kinn then went to the trailer and had s3x with Norby. While the two were having s3x, Kinn used a belt to choke Norby, eventually killing her. The child was in the trailer home’s bedroom, just five feet away from the living room, where the murder took place.

Once Norby was dead, Kinn took the child to his home in Bemidji, restrained her, then returned to Norby’s home and set it on fire. During Kinn’s guilty plea, prosecutors said Norby had burns on 75 percent of her body when she was found.

Once he returned to his home, Kinn sexually assaulted the child, then went to work, leaving the 5-year-old tied up. Later that night, he took the girl to a pop-up camper near Bigfork, Minn., on land that belonged to his brother, where he left her

After the girl’s mother reported her missing, police identified Kinn as a person of interest, then found the child alive in the camper.

An employee from the Family Advocacy Center of Northern Minnesota read a victim impact statement written by the girl’s family in which they thanked law enforcement for finding the child.

“He tried to take her from us, but she will never be his,” the statement said in part. “The strength that radiates from her is unbelievable … we are so incredibly thankful.”

The center employee also read a statement from the girl herself, in which she said she hated Kinn.

Schluchter determined that, once his time has been served, Kinn could be civilly committed. He will serve his sentences consecutively and will be eligible for supervised release after serving two-thirds of his sentence.

Bike rider brutalizes, rapes female passenger on her way to church in Delta State

 A 26-year-old lady, identified as Blessing Ashibuogwu, is currently fighting for her life after a bike rider beat her unconscious and raped her inside a bush in Idumuine quarters, assemble-Uku, Delta State.

According to a source, Blessing had boarded the bike on her way to church yesterday, August 9, 2020, but instead of taking her to her destination, the rider, one Dodo Ndidi Nwaola, took her to a bush, where he allegedly brutalized and raped her.

“He tore her clothes with a jackknife, used plank and cutlass to beat her to the point of death, raped and left her for dead.

She was rescued by Issele-Uku vigilante and rushed to St Theresa hospital, Issele-UK, where she was later referred to FMC emergency ward Asaba. She is in a critical state as we speak,” the source said.

OMG!! Home Lessons Teacher Defiled 6-Year-Old Pupil Inside Her Parents Home In Lagos

 Anthony reportedly committed the crime while he was teaching the girl identified as Bimpe (not real name) when her parents were not around.

A 50-year-old old teacher, Uzor Anthony, has been apprehended by the police for allegedly defiling a six-year-old girl he was teaching at her parents’ home in the Olodi Apapa area of Lagos, The PUNCH reports.
Anthony reportedly committed the crime while he was teaching the girl identified as Bimpe (not real name) when her parents were not around.
It was learned that the victim narrated what happened to her mother when she returned home and the case was reported at the Tolu Police Station.
A police source disclosed to Sunday PUNCH that the suspect denied having sex with Bimpe who consistently said she was defiled.
She was said to have been taken to a general hospital for medical examination and treatment while Anthony was arrested.
The source said:-

''Anthony was a home teacher of the girl and he had been teaching her for some time now. He had become close to the family and they trusted him so well. On July 11, around 5pm, he went to teach the girl at home but her parents were not around.

In the course of the lesson, he molested the girl and warned her not to tell anyone. The girl, however, revealed what happened to her mother the following day. The girl was taken to the hospital and it was confirmed that her hymen had been tampered with. The suspect has been arrested.”

It was gathered that the case had been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Yaba, for further investigation.
The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, SP Bala Elkana, who confirmed the alleged defilement, stated that a police team from Tolu Division responded swiftly to arrest the suspect.
