Dad marries 13-year-old daughter after wife dies

 In Nigeria, a 40-year-old man, identified only as Gbenga, has been arrested for allegedly converting his daughter to his ‘wife’ after his wife died.

New Telegraph was told that Gbenga had been sleeping with his daughter when she was 13 years old.

The victim is now 15. Gbenga, who works with an electricity distribution company, was reported to the police by a member of his community, who overheard the girl’s maternal uncle, Atanda, screaming over the abomination.

It was learned that before the intervention of the girl’s uncle, she had earlier reported to their landlord that her father was violating her.

The landlord didn’t report the matter to the police, but confronted Gbenga, urging him to desist from his evil acts against his daughter.

The landlord further tried to make him know the consequences of his action. Despite the landlord’s warning, Gbenga continued violating his daughter.

At a point, Gbenga started taking the victim to work whenever he was on night duty.

The Secretary, Advocates for Children and Vulnerable Persons Network (VPN), Mr. Ebenezer Omejalile, reacted to the matter.

He said: “At least, my submission last year has come to pass that we are indeed dealing with a cancerous situation. So unfortunately we weren’t assertive enough to read in between the lines.”

Wife bites her sleeping husband’s penis in Imo

A 25-year-old woman has been arrested for biting her husband’s penis while he was asleep at their home in Umuofuga Umuhu, Imo State.

A cousin to the victim, Udochukwu Nwimo, said trouble started when the woman’s ex-boyfriend came home to take her out on a motorbike and brought her back late in the night.

Immediately she stepped in, her husband, who was angry about what happened, queried her and they started a fight. Udochukwu said that some concerned neighbours came around and separated them.

However, at midnight, there was a loud scream that woke neighbors up, only for them to discover that the woman had bitten her husband’s penis. He was immediately taken to the hospital.

According to the cousin, the man’s manhood was deeply cut and may be damaged forever. It was alleged that the woman is a drug addict and usually fought with her husband.

Three days before the incident, the mother-of-three had flogged her husband mercilessly with a stick. The woman was later handed over to the police, who confirmed that she also sustained several bites with a deep cut on her breast.

The spokesman of the Imo State Police Command, Orlando Ikeokwu, who confirmed the incident, said the husband later insisted that it was a domestic matter and that they do not want the police involved, so they handed off the matter.

 The 39-year-old, named only as "Yuyu" by Indonesian police, is said to have become "jealous" after her sons repeatedly raped the girl, Nadia Pulley.

Yuyu reportedly had been having s3x with the boys, named only as "RG", 16, and "RS", 14, for two months while her husband was away from their home in Sukabumi, in eastern Indonesia.

A police spokesman said: "Yuyu regularly had s3x with her eldest son. When she caught him having s3x with Nadia, she felt jealous."

Yuyu and RG are said to have started throttling their innocent victim until she died.

The attack was so violent that he left the youngster with a broken neck and severed tongue, according to local reports.

The pair, and their other son RS, are said to have engaged in sexual activity nearby the youngster's corpse.

Afterward, the trio carried the child's body in a quilt to a nearby bamboo woodland before dumping her in the Cimandiri River.

Three fishermen later found Nadia's body wedged between a set of rocks, according to the local Sin Chew Daily.

Yuyu reportedly told investigators the girl had died following an epileptic fit but an autopsy revealed the extent of her wounds.

Police chief Nasriadi said: "These three perpetrators often engaged in incestuous acts."

The precise details of the charges against Yuyu and her sons have yet to be confirmed.

Incest between a child or adolescent and a related adult is known as child incestuous abuse and has been identified as the most widespread form of child sexual abuse with a highly significant capacity to damage the young person.

JAMB candidate raped, killed by suspected herdsmen in Enugu is buried

 A candidate for the 2019 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board examination who was raped and brutally killed by suspected herdsmen in Enugu State, Charity Ngozi Ezeh, has been buried.

The 20-year-old, who was raped and strangled to death in Imufu community, Enugu-Ezike, Igbo-Eze North Local Government Area of Enugu State, was buried on Friday in the same community.

Ezeh was preparing for the 2019 JAMB qualifying examination for her to study Nursing at a nearby school in Nsukka, Enugu State when she was killed on March 27, 2019, behind the school where she was taking classes for the purpose.

She was the second child and first daughter in a family of seven.

Her mother, Juliet Ezeh, and other family members attended the funeral.

Kano Police Rescue 30-Year-Old Man Locked Up For Seven Years By Father, Stepmother

 Police in Kano state have rescued a 30-year-old man named Ahmed Aminu, who was locked up for seven years by his father and stepmother.

He was rescued on Thursday evening by police and some human rights groups at Faraway Babban Layi in Mariri quarters of Kumbotso Local Government Area in Kano state.

According to reports, his parents chained him and locked him up over his consumption of drugs.

He was rescued on Thursday evening by police and some human rights groups at Faraway Babban Layi in Mariri quarters of Kumbotso Local Government Area in Kano state.

It was gathered that Aminu went days without food and water and had to feed on his feces and urine to stay alive.

Some concerned neighbors in the area informed the police and Human Rights Network group about Aminu’s situation.

The video of the rescued man went viral on Friday morning in Kano, showing how the police rescued him from the cage in which he was locked for seven years.

Police spokesperson DSP Abdullahi Haruna confirmed the incident, saying investigating into the reason for his confinement has commenced.

Speaking on the incident, a human rights activist Shehu Ibrahim stated that Aminu was locked by his parents on the suspicion that he had started smoking and was using drugs.

Teacher Sentenced To Life Imprisonment For Rαping His Pastor’s 10-Year-Old Daughter

 A teacher has been sentenced to life imprisonment by Ondo State High Court for molesting a 10-year-old girl.

Ondo State High Court sitting in Akure has sentenced a teacher, Omotayo Adanlawo, to life imprisonment for raping the 10- year-old daughter of General Overseer of his Church.

The judge, Justice Samuel Bola said Adanlawo did not give convincing evidence and testimony to prove his innocence over the alleged crime which happened on August 24, 2018.

Adanlawo was said to have committed the offense at the victim’s house at Iju while she was alone and defiled her with a warning not to tell anyone else she will die.

The bubble burst when the victim started complaining of stomach pains and could not walk properly. Her mother took her to a hospital for examination where it was revealed that the girl had been raped.

After rigorous interrogation, the victim was said to have finally revealed that her father’s spiritual son was responsible for the rape.

Adanlawo was subsequently arrested and arraigned before Justice Bola on a one-count charge of rape punishable under section 358 of the criminal laws of Ondo State.

The prosecution led State Counsel, Stella Adegoke called five witnesses but the defendant testified for himself.

Adanlawo in his statement before the police said he was battling hernia and was not medically fit to have sexual intercourse with the girl.

He also claimed that the young girl told him to lay on her after asking for 50 nairas and chinchin, but during crisscross-examination claimed that he was at his home at the time of the incident.

Justice Bola in his judgment said the victim was a ‘Witness of Truth’ because of the courage and precision in her testimony, and the prosecution proved there was the penetration of the little girl.

For the defendant, the judge said he gave no medical report to prove his condition as well as any evidence to suggest he was in his house as claimed on the day of the incident.

He, therefore, sentenced Adanlawo to life imprisonment in line with section 358 of the criminal laws of Ondo State.

 A Twitter handle, @Stop_raping has shared a shocking video of an 11-year-old orphan, who narrated how her stepfather and other grown men allegedly gang-raped her in Ogun. 

The 11-year-old orphan, identified as Adija, opened up in a bus about her alleged rape by her stepfather and other grown men in Ogun state. 

She added that she was also ganged raped on several occasions by Agbero and Mallams, as she is homeless and sought refuge anywhere she can. 

Adija said she never got the chance to meet her real dad in person before her mom died and after the death of her mom, her stepfather, sadly, started raping her. 

She also said that sometimes the men who raped her on the street took turns, complaining that her vagina is too wide like that of an adult woman. 

According to the tweets, the lady who shared the video encouraged the child to go to the police. She refused and said the police have never helped her in the past.

After much encouragement, the lady said they eventually took the girl to Sango Police station in Ogun state, but a female police officer allegedly slapped the girl then threatened them to delete the video.

“Guys, this is urgent. Please read the thread and watch this video which was recorded yesterday 10th of August 2020. Precisely around 7 pm. It’s about an eleven-year-old orphan who has no home, no family, she has been raped repeatedly and has been living on the streets. 

“A passenger (the lady asking questions and making the video) asked her why then she proceeded to tell whoever cared to listen that She has been raped repeatedly by street thugs, touts, several “molas” and by her stepfather as well, to the extent that she’s unable to hold pee (urine) for long. 

“She revealed that everyone who raped her said her vagina was too wide for a girl her age. (Probably because she’s an underaged young girl who’s been raped, and taken advantage of repeatedly by men old enough to be her father). 

She revealed that she was raped yesterday again by two men in the same Kara area of Mowe. She explained that she had sought help from Police Stations on different occasions where she’s been repeatedly victimized. 

“When asked about her parents, She said she’s an orphan with no relative, her mother is dead and she never met her father. While her stepfather lives in Itori, Ogun State. She’s been sleeping on the streets ever since. When we asked her where she was going to, she said she was headed for Itori.

 “We asked if she had a place to go there, she said no, that she would just find anywhere to stay. We decided to take her to the police station in Sango so that at least she can be helped, she refused to say the police would not help her, instead, they’d arrest her. 

“We assured her that nothing of such would happen. (She didn’t want to go and she told us to leave her alone) On getting to the police station, while explaining the situation to the officers, one of the female officers slapped the girl twice, then told her to go away. 

“The Police Officers in Sango could not help this young orphan even after hearing her story. By that time, I had gotten past my bus stop and it was getting really late so I had to go home. This young girl however continued on her journey to God knows where.

Please note that the Police in Sango Police Station threatened us to delete the video and not post it, that they’d trace us.) I had to create a burner so as to post this video. All of this happened yesterday 10th of August 2020. 

“I’d like to add that there’s a possibility that she’s carrying a baby already, off records, she mentioned that at a point, she was taken to the hospital and they pressed her stomach and said it was hard She also said those who raped her deposited a lot of sticky substance in her.”.
