A yet to be identified man was flogged and paraded for raping a little girl inside a church in Warri, Delta State. HGS Media Plus reports.
The incident happened on Friday, December 18 inside one House Of Grace Church in Idachaba street, near Ekpan Secondary school.According to report gathered by HGS Media Plus, the little girl, (name withheld) was threatened with death by the suspect after raping her inside the church on knife point.
According to the victim, the suspect threatened to killed her if she told anyone about what he did to her.
HGS Media Plus learnt that the grandmother of the girl later found out what happened when her grand daughter complained of pains while trying to carry her.
The mother reported the matter to the community chief, Comrade Stephen Akemu who ordered for the arrest of the suspect.
HGS Media Plus also gathered that the suspects was caught and was flogged mercilessly before being paraded in the community.
