My dad is the biological father of my children – married woman cry out

For seven years now, I have been married to a loving and caring husband with only two daughters, and I am just a mother of 34 years. I don’t even know what to call it in my marriage. I guess I’m unfaithful. The fact is, since I was young, 18 years old at the time, I have been having an affair with my own father.

Since realizing the affair I had with my dad for 4 years, my mother died and she eventually fell sick and died. I was upset at myself because of my mom’s passing, and I knew that the relationship I shared with my dad was what contributed to her premature death. There I tried as much as possible after she died, blamed her death on myself, so I vowed to stay away from my dad, but I can’t and couldn’t help but keep going to his bed and the connection became deeper after mom died, and I still spent most of my time in my dad’s house without my husband’s protests because he feels I spent the nights and time with my dad because of the death of my mom.

My husband assumes that my two daughters are his, but they are my father’s daughters. The kids look like my dad, so nobody thinks anything, because I look like my dad, too. My friendship with my dad ended my prior relationships because I was never happy with my ex-boyfriends sexually. I don’t want to hurt my husband because he’s a decent man, and I love him a lot, but I can’t stop my father and me from acting. Now, without hurting either my husband or my father, I want to get things right. How will I reveal this to my husband?

51-Year-Old Rapist Shamed In Ekiti

The Ekiti State Government has publicly shamed the seventh convicted sex offender under its name and shame initiative.

The sex offender, whose details were pasted in public places and included in the sex offenders’ register, is a 51-year-old man, Ajayi Peter.

Peter was sentenced to life imprisonment by the High Court of Ado Ekiti for the rape of a 12-year-old girl.

The convict, a native of Itapa Ekiti in the Oye council area, was resident at Ijero Ekiti in the Ijero Local Government Area of the state.

Before him, six others had been publicly shamed at different times since 2019 when the initiative began under the Governor Kayode Fayemi-led administration.

The Ekiti State Attorney General, Mr Olawale Fapohunda, in a statement in Ado Ekiti on Tuesday, said the name and shame publication was in furtherance of the state government’s zero tolerance for sexual violence in the state.

Fapohunda said, “Under the initiative, names and photographs of convicted rapists are pasted on billboards in prominent public spaces in their communities and their council headquarters and as well uploaded on the website of the ministry of justice and other state government platforms in addition to being recorded in the sex offenders’ register and as well disqualified from benefitting from the governor’s power of prerogative of mercy.”

The state government said it publicly shamed convicted rapists to serve as a deterrent to would-be sex offenders and task families on the upbringing of their members.

12 Year Old Raped In Benue State

Justice for Adoga Agbo. We must not be silent.

On the night of 22/10/2020, 12-year-old Adoga Agbo from Oju Local Government Area of Benue state was brutally raped by one Adikpe Ogbaji (aka Bebenco).

Just like the case of Ochanya this little girl was violated by a man, aged over 40 years old and Justice seems to be eluding her.

As I write this piece, little Agbo has started developing complications while information reaching me has it that the rapist (Adikpe ) though arrested (having confessed to the act) and detained at Oju divisional police station, the case is still been treated with kid gloves.

Shall we all keep quiet and let Justice elude her?
Shall we allow the girl child to become prey in the hands of these monsters (rapists)?
Your voice could mean Justice for Agbo.
Kindly share

Dad In Court Over Defilement Of Five-year-old Daughter In Lagos

A 29-year-old man, Adekunle Adebiyi, is currently cooling his heels in police custody in Lagos for allegedly defiling his five-year-old daughter, Bola (pseudonym).

Adebiyi reportedly committed the crime following a stormy relationship between him and his estranged lover, Anu, who is the mother of the victim.

City Round learnt that the lovers had kept each other at arm’s length but reconciled again in May 2020 on Adebiyi’s request.

On returning from a shopping trip on May 26, the girl reportedly took ill and Adebiyi gave Anu his Automated Teller Machine card to withdraw N5,000 at a nearby bank for her treatment.

It was gathered that Bola was with her father at a barber’s around Abule Egba, while the mother rushed to the bank. By the time she came back, Adebiyi was said to have run away with the girl.

Our correspondent learnt that the incident was reported to the police and Bola was reunited with her mother one week later.

Anu said she began to notice some strange changes in her child’s behaviour as she always complained whenever she wanted to wash her private parts.

She stated, “He bought a tablet for our daughter but there was no application on it. He said he had called a friend in Ikeja to download applications on the tab. He said we should go shopping for our daughter and we stopped by at a barbershop.

“The child was ill that day and he asked me to withdraw N5,000 from his account. When I came back, I didn’t meet him and my child. I called his number but he didn’t pick up. I then sent a text message to him and he replied that he was on Third Mainland Bridge. I reported to the police at Oko Baba.

“We searched everywhere but didn’t find him. His friends also said they didn’t know his whereabouts. My mum and I went to his father’s house in Meiran. After one week, he returned the child.

“When I got home, I noticed some changes in her. She would be holding her chest and wouldn’t allow me to wash her private parts. I asked her what happened but she didn’t say anything.

“About three weeks after, I woke her up at night and asked her why she didn’t allow me to touch her private parts. She said his dad touched her ‘bum bum’ with his finger and his ‘thing’. I was shocked. I reported the case at Alausa (Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Team office) and we were referred to Isokoko Police Station. He denied having sexually harassed her and his family has been threatening me.”

A medical test carried out on Bola at the Mirabel Centre, Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, reportedly confirmed that her private parts had been tampered with.

Adebiyi was arrested and consequently arraigned in an Ogba magistrates’ court on one count of defilement.

The charge read in part, “That you, Adekunle Adebiyi, did unlawfully defile one girl (name withheld) by inserting your penis into her vagina, thereby committing an offence punishable under Section 137 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, Nigeria, 2015.”

Adebiyi was remanded in police custody while the case was adjourned till October 6, 2020.
